Description

"Première pour article chaussant".
Cette invention concerne les premières, parfois appelées "semelles intérieures" ayant la forme d'un patin 5 élastique, conçues pour être insérées dans l'article chaussant et dont la forme a pour but de fournir un support pour la voûte métatarsique et/ou la voûte
plantaire du pied de l'utilisateur.
Il est souvent peu souhaitable que la pression 10 soit transmise à partir de l'article chaussant, par
l'intermédiaire de la première, aux régions sensibles du pied de l'utilisateur, et un objet de la présente invention est de fournir une première améliorée que l'utilisateur peut rapidement et aisément adapter à ses 15 besoins individuels.
La présente invention consiste en une première pour article chaussant, qui comporte une couche de matière plastique, élastique formée de façon à fournir un support à la région métatarsique et/ou à la voûte 20 plantaire du pied, et possède un revêtement de tissus ou autre matière appropriée, fixée sur sa face supérieure, caractérisée en ce que la face supérieure de la matière plastique présente de nombreuses cavités dans chacune desquelles peut être adaptée une pièce rapportée, de 25 façon que l'utilisateur puisse adapter la première, pour l'accomoder & l'état particulier de ses pieds en enlevant une pièce rapportée d'une des cavités correspondant à la position d'un point sensible sur le pied de l'utilisateur. -De façon préférentielle, chaque pièce rapportée
se compose de matière plastique élastique possédant une face inférieure adhésive, de façon à maintenir ladite pièce en position dans la cavité, et peut avoir un revêtement supérieur correspondant à celui de la 35 première.

annexés dans lesquels - la Fig.1 est une vue en plan d'une forme de première selon la présente invention, et - la Fig.2 est une coupe longitudinale selon la ligne 2-2 de la figure 1, et - la Fig.3 est une vue de dessous de la première de la Fig.l, et
- la Fig.4 est une partie d'une vue en plan montrant une modification de la première des Fig.1 & 3.
Les figures 1, 2 et 3 montrent une première constituée d'une couche il de matière plastique élastique, moulée, relativement fine (environ 3 mm), telle que le plastozote (polyéthylène réticulé, expansé), recouverte d'une couche supérieure de tissus 12 liée à la
couche 11 durant le procédé de moulage.
L'épaisseur de la couche 11 est augmentée entre les lignes 13 de façon à fournir un support 14 à la voûte métatarsique, et est augmentée à l'intérieur de l'arc 15 pour fournir un support plantaire 16. Un rebord 17 tourné vers le haut est aussi prévu lors du moulage, autour de
la région du talon.
Comme on peut le voir en Fig.1, la couche 11 est formée avec une cavité 18 dans la région du talon et
trois cavités 18a à l'avant du support 14 de la voûte.
Chacune de ces cavités 18 ou 18a de la couche 11 peut être remplie par des pièces rapportées 19 et 19a.30 constituées de matière plastique élastique 20, présentant une surface inférieure adhésive 21 pour maintenir ladite pièce en position dans la cavité 18, et un revêtement supérieur de tissus 22. Lorsque l'on prépare la première pour l'emploi, les pièces rapportées 19 et 19a seront normalement adaptées à l'intérieur de certaines des

cavités 18 et 18a, mais seront omises dans d'autres lorsque les besoins de l'utilisateur le nécessiteront suivant l'état particulier de ses pieds. Ainsi, dans les zones des cavités 18 et/ou 18a sans pièce rapportée, la 5 pression n'est pas transmise aux points sensibles des pieds de l'utilisateur. Bien évidemment, le nombre, la forme et la position des cavités 18 et 18a peuvent être choisis pour s'accomoder au mieux aux besoins de la
plupart des utilisateurs.
r Dans la forme de réalisation présentée en Fig.4, les trois cavités 18a & l'avant du support 14 de la voûte, sont remplacées par une unique cavité allongée 18b qui est généralement en forme de banane, et qui reçoit une pièce rapportée 19b de forme correspondante. A 15 partir de cette pièce rapportée 19b on peut couper des
morceaux suivant les besoins de l'utilisateur.
Des modifications diverses peuvent être
réalisées sans sortir du cadre de la présente invention.

Claims (5)

REVENDICATIONS
1) Première pour article chaussant, qui comporte une couche de matière plastique élastique (11), 5i formée de façon à fournir un support à la région métatarsique et/ou à la voûte plantaire du pied, et possède un revêtement de tissus (12) ou d'autre matière appropriée, fixée sur sa face supérieure, caractérisée en ce que la face supérieure de la matière plastique possède de nombreuses cavités (18, 18a) dans chacune desquelles "10 peut être adaptée une pièce rapportée (19, 19a), de façon que l'utilisateur puisse adapter la première, pour l'accomoder à l'état particulier de ses pieds, en enlevant une pièce rapportée (19, 19a) d'une des cavités (18, 18a)dépressions correspondant à la position d'un
point sensible du pied de l'utilisateur.
2) Première selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque pièce rapportée (19, 19a) est constituée d'une matière plastique élastique (20) possédant une face inférieure adhésive (21) de façon à
rester en position dans la cavité (18, 18a).
3) Semelle selon les revendications i ou 2, caractérisée en ce que chaque pièce rapportée (19, 19a) possède un revêtement supérieur (22) correspondant à
celui de la première.
4) Semelle selon l'une quelconque des
revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un
rebord (17) est prévu dans la région du talon.
) Semelle selon l'une quelconque des
revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que au moins 30
deux cavités (18, 18a) sont prévues à l'avant de la
région métatarsique.
6) Semelle selon l'une quelconque des
revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'une cavité unique allongée (18b) est prévue à l'avant de la région
