  • Verbundmaterial
    für
    Schutzanzüge, insbesondere für Brandschutzanzüge

    Die Neuerung betrifft ein für Brandschutzanzüge und dergl. geeignetes, aus mehreren Schichten bestehendes Material.
  • Es ist an sich bekannt, für den genannten Zweck verschiedene Lagen von Geweben und Folien anzuwenden, die miteinander irgendwie verbunden sind.
  • Das wesentliche Merkmal der Neuerung wird darin gesehen, dass auf ein, dem Körper des Anzugträgers zugewendetes Baumwollgewebe, das in an sich bekannter Weise flammenfest ausgerüstet ist, eine ein-oder beidseitig metallisierte Kunststoff-Folie aufgelegt ist, auf die eine Matte oder ein Vlies aus Glasfaser zu liegen kommt. Die drei genannten Lagen sind durch mehr oder weniger weit voneinander liegenden Steppnähten miteinander verbunden, z. B. in der Art der bekannten Steppdecken.
  • Auf diesem Dreierverbund liegt lose ein die Aussenhaut des Verbundmaterials bildendes Glasseidengewebe, das mindestens auf der Aussenseite, gegebenenfalls aber auch auf der Innenseite metallisiert ist.
  • Dieses Glasseidengewebe ist nur an den Rändern der Zuschnitte mit dem darunter liegenden Material zusammengeheftet bezw. verbunden.
  • Auf der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand der Neuerung dargestellt.
  • Das dem Körper zugewendete Baumwollgewebe ist mit 1, die metallisierte Kunststoff-Folie mit 2, die Glasfaser-Matte mit 3 und das metallisierte Glasseidengewebe, das die Aussenseite des Verbundmaterials bildet, mit 4 bezeichnet.

Claims (2)

  1. Schutzansprüche 1. Verbundmaterial für Schutzanzüge, insbesondere für Brandschutzanzüge, gekennzeichnet durch die Kombination eines Baumwollgewebes, einer darauf liegenden metallisierten Kunststoff-Folie, einer Matte aus Glasfaser und eines metallisierten Glasseidengewebes, wobei das Baumwollgewebe dem Körper des Anzugträgers zugewendet ist, während das metallisierte Glasseidengewebe die Aussenlaut des Verbundmaterials bildet.
  2. 2. Verbundmaterial nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Baumwollgewebe, die metallisierte Kunststoff-Folie und die Glasfaser-Matte durch Steppnähte zusammengehalten sind, während das metallisierte Glasseidengewebe lose auf dem Glasfaservliess aufliegt.
