Description

  • Behälterpackung für flüssiges, festes oder halbfestes Füllgut Es ist bekannt, dass aus thermoplastischen Kunststoffen bestehende Ampullen als Verpackung für kleine Flüssigkeitsmengen durch Abschmelzen verschlossen werden. Diese Technik wurde aus der seit langem ausgeführten Glastechnik auf das Gebiet der Kunststoffanwendung übernommen. Sollen nun beispielsweise aus schweissbaren thermoplastischen Kunststoffen bestehende Ampullen mittels Wärmeimpulsgeräten verschlossen werden, so treten dabei erhebliche Verkürzungen der Lebensdauer der verwendeten Impulsstempel auf, da sich die Stempel in den freien Zonen zwischen den eingelegten Kunststoffampullen stark erhitzen.
  • Dieser Nachteil wird gemäss der Neuerung dadurch vermieden, dass eine Behälterpackung aus mittels Wärmeimpulsgeräten verschweissbaren Kunststoffen verwendet wird, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass mehrere röhrenförmige, an ihrem einen Ende verschlossene Einzelbehälter durch Kunststoffstege miteinander verbunden einen zusammenhängenden Packungsgurt bilden und nach dem Einbringen des Füllgutes durch Schweissung verschlossen werden. Dabei können die Stege schmal und nur öffnungsseitig angebracht sein, oder aber sie können sich über die ganze Behälterlänge erstrecken. Auch können mehrere Stege angebracht sein.
  • In den Figuren ist die Neuerung bildlich dargestellt. Figur 1 zeigt einen Ausschnitt aus einem Packungsgurt, bei dem die mit festem, flüssigem oder halbfestem Füllgut 3 beschickten Einzelbehälter 1 mittels schmalen Stegen 2 öffnungsseitig verbunden sind.
  • In Figur 2 ist der gleiche Gurt in Seitenansicht dargestellt. Bei der Anordnung der Einzelbehälter 1 in Figur 3 ist von breiten durchgehenden Verbindungsstegen 4 Gebrauch gemacht, während in Figur 4 ein Ausschnitt aus einem Packungsgurt mit mehreren parallelen Stegen 5,6 - hier beispielsweise zwei-gezeigt ist. Die Figuren 5a und 5b zeigen eingelegte Einzelbehälter beim Schweissvorgang zwischen den Stempeln oder Backen 7 eines Wärmeimpulsgerätes.
  • Dabei stellt Figur 5a den bekqnnten Arbeitsgang mit inzelampullen 8 dar. An den Stellen der Zwischenräume 4 zwischen den Ampullen tritt die schon erwähnte Überhitzung der Heizvorrichtung auf, die bei Anwendung eines Packungsgurtes gemäss der Neuerung sicher vermieden ist.
  • Dies ist in Figur 5b dargestellt.
  • Darüber hinaus bietet die Behälterpackung gemäss der Neuerung noch weitere wesentliche Vorteile. Bei der Herstellung der Behälterpackung entstehen bereits geschlossene Einheiten, für die sowohl beim Füllen als auch beim Schliessen nur ein Einlegevorgang notwendig ist. Die Packung ist für den Versand und die Verpackung sehr handlich. Es lässt sich eine quasi kontinuierliche Bearbeitung des gesamten Herstellungsprozesses erreichen. Bei Gebrauch kann dann jeweils ein Einzelbehälter vom Gurt abgetrennt werden.

Claims (4)

  1. Schutzansprüche 1. Behälterpackung aus mittels Wärmeimpulsgeräten verschweissbaren Kunststoffen für flüssiges, festes oder halbfestes Füllgut, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere röhrenförmige, an ihrem einen Ende verschlossene Einzelbehälter durch Kunststotfstege miteinander verbunden einen zusammenhängenden Packungsgurt bilden und nach Einbringen des Füllgutes durch Schweissung verschlossen werden.
  2. 2. Behälterpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die . Stege schmal und nur öffnungsseitig angebracht sind.
  3. 3. Behälterpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stege sich über die gesamte Behälterlänge erstrecken.
  4. 4. Behälterpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Stege über die Länge der Einzelbehälter verteilt angebracht sind.
