Description
- Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel Die Erfindung betrifft Thionophosphor- bzw. lhionophosphonsäureester der allgemeinen Formel in der R1 einen niederen Alkyl- oder Alkoxy- oder einen Phenylrest, R2 einen niederen Alkylrest und R3 einen de-r Reste bedeutet, worin R für einen Alkylrest mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen und n für 0 oder 1 steht Die Verbindungen der Formel I werden nach üblichen Verfahren hergestellt, indem man die den Resten der Formeln II und III entsprechenden Phenole mit Thionophosphor- bzw. Thionophosphonsäure halogeniden der allgemeinen Formel in der X Halogen, vorzugsweise Chlor oder Brom bedeutet, umsetzt, vorzugsweise in Gegenwart säurebindender Mittel bei erhöhter temperatur.
- Die Phenole können auch in Form ihrer Salze eingesetzt werden. Als Reaktionsmedium dient ein organisches Lösung mittel wie Methylisobutylketon oder auch Wasser.
- Es war bisher nicht möglich, Ester der Formel I herzustellen, da die Phenole der Formeln IV und V nach den herkömmlichen Verfahren nicht synthetisiert werden können.
- Die neuen Phenole könnennun überraschenderweise wie folgt gewonnen werden: Man setzt zunächst 1,2,3,4-Tetrachlorbenzol, zweckmäßig in geringem Überschuß, mit einem Alkylmercaptan der Formel R-SH und der äquivalenten Menge wässrig-methanolischen Alkalihydroxids, beispielsweise Natriumhydroxids, in der Wärme um. Bei der Aufarbeitung erhält man einen Teil des Ausgangsmaterials zurück und als Hauptprodukt in guter Ausbeute 1-Alkylmercapto-2, 3, 6-trichlorbenzol. Daneben können aus dem Reaktionsgemisch noch 1-Alkylmercapto-2,3,4-trichlorbenzol und 1 1,2-Dialkylmercapto-3,4-dichlorbenzol isoliert werden.
- Das 1-Alkylmercapto-2,3,6-trichlorbenzol wird sodannmit - -methanolischem Alkalihydroxid, beispielsweise mit Natriumhydroxid, erhitzt. Dabei entsteht in hoher Ausbeute ein Gemisch von 2-Alkylmercapto-3,4-dichlorphenol ( Hauptprodukt) und 2-Alkylmercapto-3,6-dichlorphenol. Die Isomeren können beispielsweise durch fraktionierte Destillation getrennt werden. Aus den Alkylmercaptoverbindungen erhält man schließlich durch Oxydation mit molaren Mengen Wasserstoffperoxid in essigsaurer Lösung die entsprechenden Sulfoxide, Die neuen Verbindungen eignen sich als Wirkstoffe für Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel; sie haben insbesondere insekticide und akaricide Wirkung und sind in ihrer Wirkungsstärke den aus der DAS 1 116 656 bekannten Verbindungen überlegen.
- In den Schädlingsbekämpfungsmitte~in können die erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe einzeln oder in Mischung verwendet werden0 Beispielsweise ist es nicht erforderlich, die bei der Hydrolyse der 1-Alkylmercapto-2, 3, 6-trichlorbenzole erhaltenen Isomeren Phenole vor der Veresterung voneinander zu trennen, da auch die Gemische der entstehenden Ester hervorragende insekticide und akaricide Wirksamkeit zeigen.
- Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen werden in üblicher Weise angewendet, zOBO in Form von Emulsionen, Suspensionen, Lösungen, Stäube- und Streumitteln Diese werden gegebenenfalls durch Verdünnen der mit gebräuchlichen Hilfs- und Trägerstoffen hergestellten Formulierungen, etwa Suspensionspulvern und- Emulsionskonzentraten, erhalten.
- Beispiel 1 : 0,0-Dimethyl-0-(2-methylmercapto-3,4-dichlorphenyl)-thionophosphat a) 1-Methylmercapto-2,3,6trichlorbenzol 2462 g (11,4 Mol) 1,2,3,4-Tetrachlorbenzol, 6000 ml Meethanol, 855 g technischewässrige Natronlauge ( 47 %ig; 10 Mol) und 480 g ( 10 Mol) Methylmercaptsnwerden in einem Rührautoklaven 20 Stunden bei 1300 C erhitzt. Nach dem Abkühlen wird das entstandene Kochsalz entfernt, das Methanol abdestilliert und das Reaktionsprodukt im Vakuum über eine Kolonne destilliert0 Nach dem Abdestillieren des Überschusses an 1,2,3,4-Tetrachlorbenzol gehen bei 95 - 96 ° C/0,3 Torr 1,420 g (62,5 % d. Th.) an 1-Methylmercapto-2,3, 6-trichlorbenzol über.
- Aus dem Rückstand (400 g) kann 1-Methylmercapto-2,3,4-trichlorbenzol neben 1, 2-Methylmercapto-3, 4-dichlorbenzol gewonnen werden b) 2-Methylmercapto-3,4-dichlorphenol 113,5 g (0,5 Mol) 1-Methylmercapto-2,3,6-trichlorbenzol, 42 g Natriumhydroxid und 400 ml Methanol werden im RShrautoklaven 12 Stunden auf 4150 C erhitzt. Nach dem Abkühlen wird das Methanol abdestilliert. Man löst das Phenolat durch Zugabe von Wasser und schüttelt mit Toluol oder Äther aus. Zur Freisetzung des Phenols wird die wässerige Phase angesäuert. Ausbeute 85 g (81,3 3 ffi d. Th.).
- Das Reaktionsprodukt ist ein Gemisch von 76 % 1-Methylmercapto-3,4-dichlorphenol und 24 % 1-Methylmercapto-3,6-dichlorphenol, wie Kernresonanzspektrum und gaschromatographische Untersuchung ergeben. Zur Trennung der Isomeren dient eine Drehbandkolonne. c) O, O-Dimethyl-0-(2-methylmercapto-3, 4-dichlorphenyl)-thionophosphat 115 g 2-Methylmercapto-3 , 4-dichlorphenol-natrium werden in 700 ml Methylisobutylketon gelöst. Bei 70 bis 800 C werden 90 g 0,0-Dimethylhiophosphorsäurechlorid zugetropft und die Mischung wird 3 Stunden auf dieser Temperatur gehalten. Nach dem Abkühlen wird die Reaktionslösung filtriert und das Lösungsmittel abdestilliert.
- Der Rückstand wird in Methylenchlorid gelöst und die Lösung mit Wasser gewaschen. Aus der organischen Phase erhält man durch Abdestillieren des Methylenchlorids den rohen Ester, der bei 143-145 ° C/0,1 Torr. siedet ; Ausbeute 150 g ( 91 % d. Th.) Beispiel 2: 0, O-Diäthyl-O-( 2-methylmercapto-3, 4-di chlorphenyl )-thionopho sphat Die obige Verbindung wird analog Beispiel 1 claus molaren Mengen 0,0-Diäthylthionophosphorsäurechlorid und 2-Methylmercapto-3, 4-dichlorphenolnatrium erhalten; Kp0,1 Torr 154 @ bis 155°C; Ausbeute 125 g (94,5 ffi d. Th.).
- Beispiel 3: 0,0-Diäthyl-0-(2-methylmercapto-3,6-dichlorphenyl)-thionophosphat Die obige Verbindung wird analog Beispiel 1c) aus molaren Mengen 0,0-Diäthylthionophosphorsäurechlorid und 2-Methylmercapto-3,6-dichlorphenolnatrium erhalten; Kp0,1 Torr 155°C.
- Beispiel 4: 0, 0-Diäthyl-0-(2-methylmercapto-3, 4-dichlorphenyl)-thionophosphat und 0,0-Diäthyl-0-(2-methylmercapto-3,6-dichlorphenyl)-thionophosphat im Verhältnis 76:24 Das gemäß Beispiel 1b) erhältliche Phenolgemisch wird, wie in Beispiel Ic) beschrieben, in Phenolat-Form mit 0,0-Diäthylthionophosphorsäurechlorid umgesetzt und aufgearbeitet. Ausbeute 94 % d. Th.; Kp0, 1 Torr 152 - 155 °C.
- Analog Beispiel 1c) werden ferner erhalten: O, O-Dimethyl-O-(2-methylsulfinyl-3, 4-dichlorphenyl)-thionophosphat (aus Natrium-2-methylsulfinyl-3, 4-dichlorphenolat und O, O-Dimethylthionophosphorsäurechlorid);Ausbeute 81 % d.Th.; zersetzliches Öl.
- 0, 0-Diäthyl-0-(2-methylsulfinyl-3, 4-dichlorphenyl)-thionophosphat (aus Natrium-2-methylsulfinyl-3,4-dichlorphenolat und 0,0-Diäthylthionophosphorsäurechlorid); Ausbeute 82 0 d.Th.
- O-thyl-0-(2-methylmercapto-3, 4 dichlorphenyl)-äthylthionophosphonat aus Natrium-2-methylmercapto-3, 4-dichlorphenolat und O-Äthyl-äthylthionophosphonsäurechlorid); Ausbeute 84 % d. Uh.
- 0-Äthyl-0-(2-methylmercpto-3,4-dichlorphenyl)-phenylthionophosphonat ( aus Natrium-2-methylmercapto-3,4-dichlorphenolat und O-Äthyl-phenylthionophosphonsäurechlorid); Ausbeute 98 % d. Th.
- 2-Methylsulfinyl-3,4-dichlorphenol wird aus der entsprechenden 2-Methylmercaptoverbindung durch Oxydation mit der molaren Menge Wasserstoffperoxid in Eisessig bei etwa 0 bis 40 O in üblicher Weise gewonnen. Das Phenol schmilzt bei 216 - 218°C.
Claims (1)
- Patentansprüche io Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel in der R1 einen niederen Alkyl- oder Alkoxy- oder einen Phenylrest, einen niederen Alkylrest und R3 einen der Reste bedeutet, worin R für einen Alkylrest mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen und n für 0 oder 1 steht, 2, 0,0-Dimethyl-0-(2-methylmercapto-3,4-dichlorphenyl)-thionophosphat 3. 0,0-Diäthyl-0-(2-methylmercapto-3,4-dichlorphenyl0-thionophosphat 4. 0,0-Diäthyl-0-(2-methylmercapto-3,6-dichlorphenyl)-thionophosphat 5. 0,0-Dimethyl-0-(2-methylsulfinyl-3,4-dichlorphenyl)-thionophosphat 6. 0,O-Diäthyl-0-(2-methylsulfinyl-3,4-dichlorphenyl)-thionophosphat 7. 0-Äthyl-0-(2-methylmercapto-3,4-dichlorphenyl)-äthylthi onopho sphonat 8. 0-Xthyl-0-(2-methylmercapro-D, 4-dichlorphenyl)-phenylthi onopho sphonat 9. Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an einer oder mehreren der Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1.10. Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an einer oder mehreren der Verbindungen gemäß den Ansprüchen 2 bis 8.11. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man eine Verbindung der Formel in der X Halogen, vorzugsweise Chlor oder Brom bedeutet, mit einem Phenol der Formel oder einem entsprechenden Phenolat, gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines säurebindenden Mittels, bei erhöhter Temperatur in einem geeigneten Lösungsmittel umsetzt0 12. Phenole der allgemeinen Formel 13 Verfahren zur Herstellung von Phenolen gemäß Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man 1,2,3,4-Tetrachlorbenzol im molaren Verhältnis oder in einem geringen Überschuß mit einem Alkylmercaptan der Formel R-SH und der äquivalenten Menge wäßsrigmmethanolischtn Alkalihydroxids in der Wärme umsetzt, aus dem Reaktionsgemisch das 1-Alkylmercapto-2,3,6-trichlorbenzol isoliert und es mit methanolischem Alkalihydroxid, beispielsweise Natriumhydroxid, erhitzt und die erhaltenen 2-Alkylmercapto-3,4- bzw.- 3,6-dichlorphenole, falls als Endprodukte die entsprechenden Sulfoxide gewünscht werden, in essigsaurer Lösung mit Wasserstoffperoxid oxydierte
