Claims (7)
1. Doppelkanal-Ballonkatheter mit einem äußeren Katheterschlauch,
der mit eirem Ballon versehen ist und \ öffnungen zum Hindurchleiten eines Aufblasfluidums
in den Ballon aufweist, und einem im Außenschlauch vorgesehenen Innenschlauch, wobei zwischen den
beiden Schläuchen ein Kanal für das Aufblasfluidum festgelegt ist und im Innenschlauch ein zweiter
Kanal ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine Schlauch in der Nähe des katheter spitzennahen
bzw. Vorderendes des Ballons (35) endet, daß der andere Schlauch ein sich über den Ballon hinauserstreckendes,
mit öffnungen versehenes Spitzenende ( 40-42 ) aufweist, mit welchem der zweitgenannte Kanal (26)
kommuniziert, und daß ein Mittel (30) vorgesehen ist, welches den erstgenannten Kanal (25) in der Nähe
des Vorderendes des Ballons verschließt.
2. Katheter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenschlauch (11) am Vorderen.de des Ballons
(35) endet und daß der Außen^chlauch (10) mit dem sich über den Ballon hinauserstreckenden, öffnungen
aufweisenden Spitzenende (40-42) versehen ist.
3. Katheter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Verschlußmittel (30) eine auf den, Innenschlauch (11) aufgesetzte Hülse ist. !

4. Katheter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Außenschlauch (10) am katheterspitzenfernen
bzw. Hinterende des Ballons (35) eine zweite Hülse (31) vorgesehen ist, die vom Innenschlauch (11)
unter Festlegung eines Durchgangs (32) zur Ermöglichung des Durchtritts des Aufbläsfluidums durch
die zweitgenannte Hülse durchsetzt wird, und daß am Vorder- und am Hinterende des Ballons Abbindungen
(36, 37) vorgesehen sind, welche den Ballon am Außen- , schlauch befestigen und die Hülsen ( 30, 31) im
Außenschlauch festlegen.
5. Katheter nach Anspruch 4» dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hülsen (30, 31) beim Zusammenbau des Katheters mit Reib- bzw. Schiebesitz im Außenschlauch
(10) verschiebbar sind, so daß sie bis zum Anlegen der Abbindungen ( 36, 37) in ihrer Einbaulage im
Außenschlauch festgehalten werden.
6. Katheter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am katheterspitzenfernen
Ende des Außenschlauchs (10) ein Verzweigungs-Verbindungsstück (13) angebracht ist, an dessen einem
Zweig (20) ein mit dem ernstgenannten Kanal (25) kommunizierender dritter Schlauch (21) angeschlossen
ist und dessen anderer Zweig (14) vom Innenschlauch
(11) durchsetzt wird, wobei letzterer ( bei 12 ) in diesem anderen Zweig abgedichtet ist.

7. Katheter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch-gekennzeichnet,
daß ein vierter Schlauch (15) mit seinem Vorderende mit dem zweiten Zweig (14) des Verbindungsstücks
(13) verbunden ist und daß der Innenschlauch (11) mit dem· vierten Schlauch kommuniziert.
