Description
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Dosenpackungen aud thermoplastischem Material Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine torriohtung zur Herst.lIunS von Dosenpackungen aus thermoplastischem Material.
- Dosenpackungen werden üblicherweise so hergoxtellt, da der aus einem Band oder einer Blattfolie geformte Dosenkörper gefüllt und anschliessend mittels einer Deckfolie durch Verschweissen (Siegeln) längs einer schmalen Ringfllohe mit einem Randflansoh des Dosenkörpers geschlossen wird. Es sind die verschiedensten Siegelvorrichtungen (Heissplatte, Impulsschweisselektrodo, Hochfrequentheizelement, Ultraschallschweisselektrode eto.) bekannt, In allen bisher bekannten Fällen stellen Siegelvorrichtung und Stanzvorrichtung, mit welcher anschliessend an das Siqeln der Uberstehende Deckfolienrand abgetrennt und gleichzeitig der Dosenkörper aus dem Kunststoffband (bzw. Blattfolie) herausgestanzt wird, zwei getrennte zwei 1 getrennte Arbeitsvorrichtungen dar. Der bauliohe rufwand der Vorrichtungen ist antsprechend gross und vor allem ist daduroh auch die Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit der Herstellungsautomaten flir solche Packungen beschränkt.
- Dise nachteile sind erfindungsgemäss daduroh Vermieden, dass eine Randpartie des Druckstempels der Siegelvorrichtung als das eine von zwei zusammenwirkenden Stanzorganen ausgebildet ist. Inmit ist es möglich, das Siegeln und das Ausstanzen an der gleichen Arbeitsstelle im gleichen Arbeiteschritt und praktisch mit ein und derselben kombinierten Vorriohlung durchzuführen.
- In der beiliegenden Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungsbeispiele der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung dargestellt; es zeigte Fig. @ im Axialschnitt das erste Beispiel mit biegelplatte und Stansmesser, und Pig. 2 im Axialschnitt die eine Hälfte des zweiten Beispie-@@ mit Impulsschweisselektrode und Stan@matrise.
- In Pis. 1 ist 1 die als Teil eines Druckstempels ausgebildete Siegelplatte, die mit @anälen @@ zum Durchleiten eines Heizmediums versehen ist0 2 ist eine Deckfolie nun Verschliessen eines Dosenkörpers @@ Folie Und Dosenkörper bestehen aus thermoplastischem naterial0 Der Dosenkörper @ @ besirtzt einen Randflansch 3a, der längs einer schmalen Ringfläche mit der Deckfolie verschweisst werden soll. Als Gegenhalt für die Siegelplatte 1 ist ein aus Isoliermaterial, z.B. Kunststoff bestehender lling 4 vorgesehen' auf welchem sich der Handflansch ja des Dosenkörpers 3 abstst. Der Ring 4 ist seinerseits mittels Federn 5 auf einer Schulter eines Stanzmessers b abgestützt. Als Gegenhalt flir das Stanzmesser 6 dient eine Randpartie der Siegelplatte 1. iegeLn und Stanzen können somit im gleichen Arbeitsgang, d.h. also während des gleichen Abwärtshubes des Druckstempels erfolgen. Schweiss-und Stanzvorrichtung bilden eine kompakte Einheit, Die in Fig.2 gezeigte Vorrichtung arbeitet nach dem lmpulsschweissverfahren. Als Teil des nicht näher gezeichneten Druckstempels ist ein ringförmiger Isolierkörper 10 vorgesehen, in diesen arbeitsseitige Stirnfläche eine Hingelektrode 11 eingebettet ist; durch am Innenumfang der Hingelektrode 11 ansetzende und mit dieser einstüëckige Stromzuführungen 11a ist die elektrode 11 mit einem nicht gezeichneten Stromimpulsgeber verbunden. Die Deckfolie ist hier mit 12 und der Dosenkörper mit 13 bezeichnet. Als Gegenhalt ftir die Hingelektrode 11 ist ein Ring 14 aus isoliermaterial vorgesehen, auf welchem der Randflansch lNa des Dosenkörpers 1) aufliegt.
- Der Ring 14 stützt sich seinerseits Der Federn 15 auf einer schulter einer Stanzmatrize 16 ab. Diese Stansmatrize wirkt mit einer Stanzpatrize 17 zusammen, die den Isolierkörper 10 umschliesst und mit diesem fest verbunden ist. Auch bei die sem Beispiel können somit Siegeln und Stanzen im gleichen Arbeitsgang erfolgen; die geschlossene Dosenpackung kann die kombinierte @iegel- und Stanzvorrichtung fertig verlassen.
Claims (3)
- PATENTANSPRÜCHE 1. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Dosenpackungen aus thermoplastischem material mit mitteln zum Versiegeln einer Deckfolie mit einem Handfianseh des Dosenkörpers, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das eine Handpartie des Druckatempels der Siegelvorrichtung als das eine von zwei zusammenwirkenden Stanzorganen ausgebildet ist.
- 2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Randfläche einer heizbaren vom Druck-Stempel getragenen Siegelplatte (1) als Gegenhalt für ein ortsfestes Stanzmesser (6) dient.
- 3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine, eine vom Druckstepel getragene Schweisselektrode (11) isoliert umschliessende, ringförmige Stanzpatrize (17) vorgesehen ist, mit welcher eine ortsfeste Stanzpatrize (£6) usammenwirkt.
