Description

  • Tauchschmierung, sondern die Schmierung durch umlaufendes Öl. oder die Schmierung durch Ölnebel an. Bei der erstgenannten Schmierung wird das Ö1 entweder von einer besonderen Pumpe dem Wälzlager unter Druck zugeführt oder der ölunlauf wird durch Förderringe oder Schleuderscheiben verursacht, die mit der welle umlaufen. Die Schmierung durch Ölnebel, die bekanntlich bei den Kurbel- und Pleuellagern von Zweitaktverbrennungsmotoren angewendet wird, ist bei schnell-laufenden Wälzlagern vorteilhaft, weil sie nur geringe Ölreibung verursacht. Außer bei der selbständigen Verteilung des Schmieröls in den vorgenannten Motoren und bei Zahnradgetrieben, in denen die umlaufenden Zahnräder das Ö1 aus dem Sumpf verspritzen und dadurch einen Ölnebel erzeugen, bedarf aber auch die ölnebelschmierung besonderer baulicher Maßnahmen.

Claims (1)

  1. Patentansprüche 1. Durch Tauchschmierung versorgtes Wälzlager mit stillstehendem Außenlaufring und mit einem umlaufenden Käfig für die Wälzkörper, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mantelfläche (9) des Käfigs (6) durch Ausnehmungen (13) derart unterbrochen ist, daß sieh zwischen dem Käfig und dem Außenlaufring (4) Hohlräume befinden, die sich beim Eintauchen in den Sumpf mit Öl füllen, und daß der Außenlaufring eine oder mehrere unterhalb der Öloberfläche (11) liegende Bohrungen (14) aufweist, die mit einer das Lagergehäuse (2) durchdringenden Öl-Ablauf-Bohrung (15,16) in Verbindung stehen:
