    Patentanspruch
    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Wasser-Öl-Emulsion-Sprengstoffs, aufweisend den Schritt des Aufbereitens einer wässrigen Lösung aus anorganischem Oxidationsmittel, den Schritt des Aufbereitens eines Öls, eines Emulgators oder einer Mischung aus Öl und Emulgator, den Schritt des Vermischens der wässrigen Lösung aus anorganischem Oxidationsmittel mit dem Öl und dem Emulgator, den Schritt des Emulgierens der erhaltenen Mischung um eine Wasser-Öl-Emulsion zu bilden, den Schritt des Knetens der erhaltenen Wasser-Öl-Emulsion zusammen mit hohlen Mikrokugeln und den Schritt des Verpackens des erhaltenen Wasser-Öl-Emulsion-Sprengstoffs, wobei die Verbesserung den Knetschritt umfaßt, der ein Knetschritt ist, bei dem an einer Rührwelle befestigte Rührflügel in einem Kneter einer Auf- und Abbewegung in der axialen Richtung der Rührwelle unterworfen werden und gleichzeitig einer Drehbewegung zusammen mit der Rührwelle unterworfen werden um die Wasser-Öl-Emulsion zusammen mit den höhlen Mikrokugeln zu verkneten , wobei die erhaltene geknetete Mischung vom Bodenteil des Kneters abgegeben wird oder von dessen Oberteil abgenommen wird.
