Claims (5)

Patentansprüche
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Material en mit optischer Transparenz im Infraroten, bei dem die Grundstoffe getrennt bei den jeweiligen Siedetemperaturen in den Dampfzustand überführt werden und im Dampfzustand in den Reaktionsbereich geleitet werden, wo die Reaktion thermisch gestartet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dali diese genannten Materialien Chalkogenide sind, die mit einer Doppel-Substitutionsreaktion zwischen einer chalkogeniden Säure oder einem Chalkogenid und einem Salz des Metalls, dessen Chalkogenid herzustellen ist, hergestellt werden.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Temperatur, bei der die Reaktion stattfindet, zwischen der Siedetemperatur der Grundstoffe und der Restprodukte und der Schmelztemperatur dieser Materialien liegt.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als chalkogenide Säuren H2S, H Se, HoTe verwendet werden.

4. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Salze des Metalls, dessen
Chalkogenide herzustellen sind, AsCl SbCl , ZnCl„, GeCI , SnCl , PCI-, SiCl , CdCl35 SnCl3 verwendet werden.
5. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei oder mehr der Chalkogenide als Grundstoffe verwendet werden, die man gleichzeitig reagieren läßt, um verschiedene Feststoffmischungen zu erhalten, die sich zum Bilden des Startmaterials für optische Vorrichtungen mit gegebener Zusammensetzung ei gnen.
