Ein mittels der Lichtquelle erzeugtes Licht ist an der Lichteinkoppelfläche in den ersten Lichtleiter einkoppelbar, wobei das eingekoppelte Licht durch den ersten Lichtleiter hindurch zu der reflektierenden Fläche führbar und an dieser reflektierbar ist. Somit ist insbesondere eine Ausbildung der Leuchte als zweigeteilte Leuchte möglich, wobei die mittels des ersten Lichtleiters erzeugte Lichtverteilung bis an einen der Lichteinkoppelfläche gegenüberliegenden Rand geführt werden kann, so dass ein nahezu nahtloser Übergang zu dem in einem zweiten Teil der Leuchte angeordneten zweiten Lichtleiter erzeugt werden kann. Auch ist in einfacher Weise eine Homogenität der mittels der beiden Lichtleiter erzeugten Lichtverteilungen in einfacher Weise einstellbar und aneinander anpassbar.
