Abstract

Die pockennarbenartig unebene Oberfläche eines aus thermoplastischem Faserverbundwerkstoff warmpressverformten Werkstückes erhält eine ebene glänzende Oberfläche durch eine vorzugsweise mehrschichtige Lackierung, deren Grundanstrich die Oberfläche schlichtet. Die Verwendung eines chemisch reagierenden Mehrkomponentenlackes erbringt eine unmittelbar aushärtende, mechanisch höher belastbare Glanzschicht.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Umformteil gemäß dem Hauptpatent.
  • Bei solchem Umformteil hat sich herausgestellt, dass die Halbzeugstrukturen des heißverpressten Faserverbundes nach dem Erkaltungsschwund an den Oberflächen des Werkstückes als leicht pockennarbenartige Unebenheiten unruhig in Erscheinung treten. Für durchgehend glatte und glänzende Oberflächenbereiche, wie sie etwa aus haptischen Gründen oder für Sichtflächen am Umformteil erwünscht sein können, ist deshalb noch eine funktionsoptimierende Oberflächenveredelung angebracht.
  • Dafür kommt grundsätzlich ein Auflamieren von Finish-Folien in Betracht. Das ist allerdings, selbst bei nicht dreidimensional verformten sondern ebenen Oberflächen, wegen der pressformbedingt abgerundeten Seitenränder des Umformteiles problematisch, weil hierdurch eine rundum schälfeste Anbindung der Folie kritisch ist; zumal die Folie relativ dick sein muß, damit die unebene Oberfläche des Umformteiles sie nicht durchprägt. Auch eine Metallbedampfung würde das ungewünschte Oberflächenprofil des heißgepressten Umformteiles wiedergeben.
  • In Erkenntnis dieser Gegebenheiten liegt vorliegender Erfindung die technische Problemstellung zugrunde, die haptische und optische Oberflächengüte des aus Faserverbundhalbzeug pressgeformten Werkstückes zu verbessern.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß nach den im Hauptanspruch angegebenen wesentlichen Merkmalen gelöst. Danach wird eine für Sicht- oder Handhabungsflächen wünschenswerte Oberflächengüte im Sinne einer glatten, glänzenden Oberfläche durch einen, je nach den Anforderungen regional begrenzten oder auch vollflächigen, vorzugsweise mehrfachen Lackauftrag gelöst. Dessen relativ stark auftragender Grundanstrich wirkt als Haftvermittler mit dem Untergrund, also auf der Oberfläche des Umformteiles, und dient zugleich dem Schlichten dieser Oberfläche, so dass deren unebene Narbenstruktur nach dem Grundanstrich nicht mehr zur Geltung kommt. Auf den werden in wenigstens einer weiteren Schicht Farbpigmente in ihren Bindemitteln aufgebracht, und auf die wird schließlich ein transparenter Decklack appliziert, der den erwünschten Glanz erbringt und zugleich für die Lichtbeständigkeit der Einfärbung sorgt.
  • Die Viskosität des Lack-Lösungsmittels kann dabei gemäß den Oberflächen-Vorgaben und hinsichtlich Größe und Topographie des zu vergütenden Oberflächenbereiches eingestellt werden, um so, über die Fließeigenschaften, eine rasche, gleichmäßige Benetzung und dadurch über den gesamten vorgegebenen Oberflächenbereich hinweg homogene optische Eigenschaften zu erzielen, so dass dieses Umformteil auch als optisches Bauteil eingesetzt werden kann.
  • Insbesondere für mechanisch höher beanspruchbare und dafür härtere Oberflächenbereiche wird gemäß einer zusätzlichen Weiterbildung vorliegender Erfindung der Einsatz von, vorzugsweise lösungsmittelfreiem, Mehr-, insbesondere Zweikomponentenlack zum Erzeugen der Glanzschicht bevorzugt, da solch ein Lack aufgrund chemischer Reaktion seiner Komponenten auf der unmittelbar damit kaschierten Oberfläche oder auch auf dem Grundanstrich ohne Trocknungserfordernisse aushärtet.

Claims (4)

  1. Aus einer thermoplastisch getränkten mehrlagigen Matte tiefgezogenes Kunststoff-Umformteil nach dem Patent gemäß DE 10 2009 019 495.9 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es zum Erhöhen seiner Oberflächengüte eine Lackierung trägt.
  2. Umformteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein auf seine Oberfläche aufgebrachter Grundanstrich einer mehrschichtigen Lackierung von der Mattenstruktur herrührende Unebenheiten schlichtet.
  3. Umformteil nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Pigmentschicht auf den Grundanstrich aufgebracht und von einer transparenten Lackschicht überdeckt ist.
  4. Umformteil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein infolge chemischer Reaktion unmittelbar aushärtender Mehrkomponentenlack aufgebracht ist.
