Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung nanokristalliner Hydrotalcitverbindungen, umfassend die Schritte: Einbringen einer oder mehrerer Ausgangsverbindungen in eine Reaktionskammer mittels eines Trägerfluids, Unterwerfen der Ausgangsverbindung in einer Behandlungszone unter eine pulsierend einwirkende thermische Behandlung bei einer Temperatur von 250°C bis 450°C, Bilden von nanokristallinen Metalloxidpartikeln, Ausbringen der erhaltenen nanokristallinen Hydrotalcitpartikel aus dem Reaktor, wobei die Ausgangsverbindung(en) in Form einer Lösung, Aufschlämmung, Suspension oder in festem Aggregatzustand in die Reaktionskammer eingebracht wird, sowie ein nanokristallines Hydrotacitmaterial, erhältlich durch das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren, sowie deren Verwendung als Adsorbtions- und Katalysatormaterial.
