Description
Claims (7)
einem zylindrisches Futter (5),
einem Übergangsstück (6) zum Überführen des Arbeitsfluids vom Futter zur Turbine,
einem Auslaßteil des Übergangsstücks, das einen parallel zur Richtung der Turbinenwelle verlaufenden Abschnitt hat,
Kühlbohrungen (17) in diesem Abschnitt, wobei deren Intervalle teil weise verlängert sind und
einem Bilderrahmenteil (11) zur Sicherstellung der Steifigkeit nahe einem Auslaß des Auslaßabschnitts.
Erzeugung von einem zur Richtung der Drehwelle der Turbine parallelen Abschnitt an einem Auslaßteil eines Übergangsstücks zur Überführung des Arbeitsfluids zur Turbine, von Kühlbohrungen in diesem Bereich, wobei deren Intervalle teilweise verlängert sind, und einem Bilderrahmenteil zur Sicherstellung der Steifigkeit am Auslaß des Auslaßteils,
Herausschneiden des Auslaßteils an einem Abschnitt, an dem die Intervalle der Kühlbohrungen teilweise verlängert sind, um das Bilderrahmenteil von dem Übergangsstück zu trennen, und
Schweißen eines vorab gefertigten weiteren Bilderrahmenteils als Ersatz an den ausgeschnittenen Abschnitt.
