Anwendungsgebiet der Erfindung ·
Me -Erfindung betrifft Sciimierfette für die Schmierung von nicht beheizten technischen Außenanlagen im Winter, ist aber auch zur Anwendung an Anlagen in der Kältetechnik geeignet, die überwie-. gend Temperaturen unter dem Gefrierpunkt ausgesetzt sind.
Charakterisierung der bekannten technischen Lösung Die Schmierung fettgeschmierter Schmierstellen an nicht beheizten technischen Anlagen wie beispielsweise Sicherungsanlagen im Eisenbahnwesen, Krananlagen und ähnlichen Einrichtungen bereitet bis zu wenigen Graden unter dem Gefrierpunkt allgemein keine besonderen Schwierigkeiten. Häufig treten jedoch Schwierigkeiten auf, wenn die Temperaturen längere Zeit bei -10 0C und tiefer liegen. Normale Schmierfette werden sehr fest und insbesondere an Lagerstellen, die nur zeitweilig arbeiten, tritt ein hoher Anlaufwiderstand im Lager auf, der bei elektrischen Antrieben sehr häufig zur Überlastung des Antriebsmotors und damit zu eir.ei Betriebsstörung führt. Für derartige Anwendungsfälle werden allgemein Tieftemperaturfette zur Anwendung empfohlen, die unter ^Verwendung von Kältemaschinenöleη hergestellt werden. Kältemaschinenöle werden nach speziellen Verfahren durch aufwendige Raffinationsverfahren aus ausgewählten Erdölen oder auch auf synthetischer Basis hergestellt, sind teuer und stehen nur in beschränktem Umfang(zur Verfügung, so daß die Anwendung von Tieftemperaturfetten auf breiter Basis im Winter nicht gewährleistet
Ziel der Erfindung ist es, die Schmierung nicht beheizter fettgeschmierter Schmierstellen bei tiefen Temperaturen unter dem !Gefrierpunkt störungsfrei zu sichern.
Darlegung des Wesens der Erfindung
Durch zu hohe Konsistenz der Schmierfette an Schmierstellen nicht beheizter Außenanlagen·kommt es bei tiefen Temperaturen im Winter sehr häufig zu Betriebsstörungen, die unplanmäßige 35Ausfälle der Anlagen verursachen, zusätzlichen Wartungsaufwand erfordern und Betriebsgefährdungen hervorrufen«.
Es wurde gefunden» daß Schmierfette auf Seifenbasis, die neben Mineralöl Glykole, gegebenenfalls etwas Wasser, Korrosionsinhibitoren und EP-Zusätze enthalten, bis zu sehr tiefen Tempera-40turen unter dem Gefrierpunkt, eine niedrige Konsistenz aufweisen und somit sehr gut zur Schmierung von nicht beheizten fettgeschmierten Schmierstellen an technischen Außenanlagen, wie Sicherungsanlagen im Eisenbahnwesen, Kränen und ähnlichen Einrichtungen geeignet sind.
45Erfindungsgemäß werden Schmierfette auf Seifenbasis, die neben Mineralöl und/oder synthetischem Öl 30 bis 80 Masse-% Glykole und/oder niedermolekulare Polyglykole, 0 bis 10 Masse-% Wasser 0,1 bis 1,0 Masse-% Korrosionsinhibitor und 0,5 bis 5,0 Masse-% mindestens eines schmierwirksamen EP-Zusatzes enthalten, für
50die Schmierung oben genannter Schmierstellen im Winter verwendet · .
Als Seifenbasis dieser Schmierfette eignen sich lithium-, Aluminium-, Natrium-, Kalzium- und Bariumseifen, auch Natriumalumi- natkomplexseifen mit natürlichen Säuren, wie 12-Hydroxystearin-55säure, Montansäure, Tierkörperfettsäuren und synthetischen Fettsäuren, wie Nachlauffettsäurene
Als Mineralöle und/oder synthetische Öle sind alle die zur Schmierfettherstellung gebräuchlichen Öle geeignet, vornehmlich solche mit einem Stockptmkt unter -TO 0C,
60AIs Glykole eignen sich alle wasserlöslichen zwei- und mehrwertigen Alkohole, vornehmlich solche mit 2 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen im Molekül und 2 b;Ls 3 Hydroxygruppen, sowie bei den Polyglykolen die wasserlöslichen niedermolekularen Polyätheralkohole mit mittleren Molgewichten bis zu 250.

7OAIs schmierwirksame EP-Zusätze sind Stoffe auf Basis organischer Phosphor-, Schwefel- und Halogenverbindungen, wie z. B. die industriell gefertigten Zusatzkombinationen EPA 710 und Hypreß P geeignet.
75Die Erfindung soll nachfolgend an einigen Ausführungsbeispielen erläutert werden:
Beispiel 1: ·
Ein konsistenter Schmierstoff auf Basis einer Natriumalumiriatseife mit Nachlauffettsäure, 65 Masse-% Butylenglykol, 3»0 Masse-
80% Wasser, 0,6 Masse-% Hatriumnitrit als Korrosionsinhibitor, 2,0 Masse-% EPA 710 als schmierwirksamer EP-Zusatz, 20 Masse-% hydraulik-Grundöl und dem Rest fettbildende Seife hat eine Konsistenz von 298 . 10~1 mm hei-10 0C und von 250 0 10~1 mm bei -20 0C, jMit diesem Produkt ließen sich während einer Winter-
85periode auch bei Temperaturen unter -20 0C Sicherungsanlagen im Eisenbahnwesen sehr gut schmieren, ohne daß Betriebsstörungen und Korrosionserscheinungen auftraten, während an Vergleichsanlagen, die mit normalem Schmierfett geschmiert wurden, mehrfach Punktionsstörungen durch schwergängige Lager auftraten.
SOBeispiel 2:
Ein konsistenter Schmierstoff auf gleicher Seifenbasis wie im Beispiel 1 mit 30 Masse-% Butylenglykol, 40 Masse-% Triglykol, 1,0 Masse-% Tributylamin als Korrosionsinhibitor, 2,0 Masse-% Hypreß P als schmierwirksamer EP-Zusatz, 20 Masse-% Hydrauliköl
95und dem Rest fettbildende Seife hat eine Konsistenz von 292 . 10" mm bei -10 0C und von 249 . 10"1 mm bei -20 0C. Mit diesem Produkt wurden gleich gute Ergebnisse wie mit dem Produkt nach Beispiel 1 erhalten.
Claims (4)

Schmierfett für tiefe Temperaturen auf Basis.an sich für die Schmierfettherstellung bekannter Seifen, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß sie neben Mineralöl und/oder synthetischem Öl 30 bis 80 Masse-% Glykole und/oder niedermolekulare Polyglykole, 0 bis 10 Masse-% Wasser, 0,1 bis 1,0 Masse-% Korro^- sionsinhibitor und 0,5 bis 5,0 Masse-% EP-Zusatz enthalten.
- 2, Schmierfett nach Punkt 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß als Glykole wasserlösliche gwei oder mehrwertige Alkohole vorzugsweise mit 2 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen und 2 bis 3 Hydroxylgruppen im Molekül und/oder als Polyglykol wasserlösliche niedermolekulare Polyätheralkohole vorzugsweise mit mittleren Molekulargewichten bis etwa 250 verwendet werden.
- 3· Schmierfett nach Punkt 1 und 2, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß als Korrosionsinhibitor organische oder anorganische Produkte verwendet werden, die im schwach sauren oder neutralen ' wäßrigen Medium die Eisenkorrosion verhindern, wie Natriumnitrit, organische Amine, Salizylsäurederivate.
- 4· Schmierfett nach Punkt 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet dadurch^ daß als schmierwirksame EP-Zusätze Stoffe auf Basis.organischer Phosphor-, Schwefel- und/cder Halogenverbindungen, vorzugsweise die industriell gefertigten Zusatzkombinationen ESA 710 und/oder Hypreß P verwendet werden.
