Abstract
Η παρούσα αίτηση σχετίζεται με νέα διεγέρσιμα σωματίδια τα οποία μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθούν στον τομέα της υγείας. Πιο συγκεκριμένα σχετίζεται με σωματίδια τα οποία μπορεί να παράγουν ηλεκτρόνια και/ή υψηλής ενέργειας φωτόνιο όταν διεγερθούν με ιονίζουσες ακτινοβολίες όπως Ακτίνες Χ, Ακτίνες γάμμα, ραδιενεργό ισότοπο και/ή δέσμες ηλεκτρονίων, και με τις χρήσεις αυτών στην υγεία, ειδικότερα στην ανθρώπινη υγεία. Τα σωματίδια της εφεύρεσης αποτελούνται από ένα ανόργανο υλικό το οποίο περιλαμβάνει οξυγόνο, πιο συγκεκριμένα ένα οξείδιο, με το εν λόγω υλικό να έχει μία επαρκή πυκνότητα, και μπορεί να ενεργοποιηθούν in vitro, ex vivo, ή in vivo, με ελεγχόμενη εξωτερική διέγερση, για να διαταράξουν, να τροποποιήσουν ή να καταστρέψουν κύτταρα, ιστούς ή όργανα στόχους.
