Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά σε ένα ισοκυανικό λειτουργικό προπολυμερές, το οποίο λαμβάνεται με α) αντίδραση μιας τουλάχιστον Η-λειτουργικής ένωσης εκκίνησης που παρουσιάζει ένα ενεργό άτομο Η Zerewitinoff με μία ένωση αλκυλενοξειδίου και ένα συνμονομερές σε ένα προκαταρκτικό στάδιο που φέρει υδροξυλικές ομάδες, όπου το συνμονομερές επιλέγεται από την ομάδα που περιλαμβάνει λακτίδια, γλυκολίδια, κυκλικούς ανυδρίτες δικαρβονικού οξέος καθώς και συνδυασμούς τους και όπου το συνμονομερές ενσωματώνεται μέσω ενός στατιστικού συμπολυμερισμού στην αλυσίδα (-ες) πολυμερών του προκαταρκτικού σταδίου που φέρει υδροξυλικές ομάδες, καθώς και β) αντίδραση του προκαταρκτικού σταδίου που φέρει υδροξυλικές ομάδες από το στάδιο α) με ένα πολυλειτουργικό ισοκυανικό στο ισοκυανικό λειτουργικό προπολυμερές. Η εφεύρεση αφορά ακόμη σε μία μέθοδο για την παρασκευή αυτού ισοκυανικού λειτουργικού προπολυμερούς, σε ένα σύστημα κολλητικών ουσιών ιστού, το οποίο περιέχει ένα τέτοιο ισοκυανικό λειτουργικό προπολυμερές, και σε ένα σύστημα δοσολόγησης με τουλάχιστον δύο θαλάμους και σε ένα τέτοιο σύστημα κολλητικών ουσιών ιστού.
