Abstract
Γνωστοποιείται ένα σύστημα ψύξης για ένα αεροδυναμικό τούνελ (100). Ο εναλλάκτης θερμότητας (200) της παρούσας γνωστοποίησης διαμορφώνεται ως μια διάταξη πτερυγίου οδηγού σε έναν αγωγό της ροής ενός τούνελ με επανακυκλοφορία αέρα. Τα μεμονωμένα πτερύγια (201) διαμορφώνονται από εξωθημένο αλουμίνιο με κανάλια ψυκτικού υγρού (206, 207, 208) που τρέχει συνεχόμενα σε όλο το μήκος του πτερυγίου. Ένα ή περισσότερα κανάλια μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν, ανάλογα με την εφαρμογή του πτερυγίου οδηγού και της απαιτούμενης ποσότητας ψυκτικού. Το εξωτερικό των πτερυγίων είναι διαμορφωμένο σε ένα σχήμα αεροτομής για να στρέφει αποδοτικά τη ροή του αέρα της επιθυμητής ποσότητας κατά ένα τρόπο γνωστό στη στάθμη της τεχνικής. Τα πτερύγια οδηγοί συνδέονται σε μια παροχή υγρού (204) με συνδέτες μονού τεμαχίου (202) οι οποίοι συνδέονται αφαιρούμενα στα πτερύγια οδηγούς. Στην απεικονιζόμενη ενσωμάτωση οι συνδέτες είναι προσαρτημένοι με βίδες. Στην απεικονιζόμενη ενσωμάτωση οι συνδέτες είναι διαμορφωμένοι ως ένα μοναδικό τεμάχιο σε ένα καλούπι έγχυσης δύο τεμαχίων.
