Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση παρέχει μια μέθοδο για παραγωγή μιας 4,4,7-τριφθορο-1,2,3,4-τετραϋδρο-5Η-1-βενζαζεπίνης η οποία έχει μια ανώτερη αγωνιστική δραστηριότητα ως προς έναν υποδοχέα V2 βασοπρεσίνης (αντιδιουρητική ορμόνη, ΣτΜ) αργινίνης και είναι χρήσιμη ως ένα ενεργό συστατικό μείγματος για μια φαρμακευτική σύνθεση για πρόληψη και/ή αγωγή ουρητικής συχνότητας, ακράτειας ούρων, ενούρησης, κεντρικού άποιου διαβήτη, νυκτουρίας, νυχτερινής ενούρησης, ή των παρόμοιων' και χρήσιμα ενδιάμεσα προϊόντα για χρήση στις μεθόδους. Η μέθοδος παραγωγής της παρούσας εφεύρεσης είναι κατάλληλη για τη βιομηχανική παραγωγή ενός φαρμάκου, λόγω ενός μικρότερου αριθμού βημάτων, μιας υψηλότερης απόδοσης, και ενός χαμηλότερου κόστους, εν συγκρίσει με τις μεθόδους στη σχετική τεχνική.
