Abstract
Να παρασχεθεί ένωση η οποία να είναι χρήσιμη ως ενεργό συστατικό μείγματος φαρμακευτικής σύνθεσης, ιδιαίτερα δε φαρμακευτικής σύνθεσης για την προφύλαξη και/ή αγωγή των συσχετιζόμενων με VAP-1 παθήσεων. [Επίλυση] Ως αποτέλεσμα των εντατικών μελετών σε ένωση που έχει ανασταλτική δραστηριότητα του VAP-1, οι εφευρέτες έχουν επιτύχει την παρούσα εφεύρεση ανακαλύπτοντας ότι ένωση της παρούσας εφεύρεσης ή άλας εξ' αυτής έχει εξαιρετική ανασταλτική δραστηριότητα του VAP-1 και είναι τοιουτοτρόπως χρήσιμη για την προφύλαξη και/ή αγωγή των συσχετιζόμενων με VAP-1 παθήσεων, ιδιαίτερα δε για την προφύλαξη και/ή αγωγή της διαβητικής νεφροπάθειας ή του οιδήματος της διαβητικής ωχράς κηλίδας. Η παρούσα εφεύρεση σχετίζεται επίσης και με φαρμακευτική σύνθεση, ειδικότερα δε φαρμακευτική σύνθεση για την προφύλαξη και/ή αγωγή των συσχετιζόμενων με VAP-1 παθήσεων, η δε εν λόγω φαρμακευτική σύνθεση περιέχει ένωση της παρούσας εφεύρεσης ή άλας εξ'αυτής και έκδοχο.
