Abstract
Αποκαλυπτόμενη είναι μία σύνθεση για πρόκληση αναγέννησης ιστού με ενεργοποίηση πλούσιου σε αιμοπετάλιο πλάσματος (PRP) με διάλυμα χλωριούχου ασβεστίου και κολλαγόνο τύπου I και μέθοδος βιομηχανικής κατασκευής αυτής. Η αποκαλυπτόμενη μέθοδος περιλαμβάνει τα στάδια: διαχωρισμού PRP από πλήρες αίμα, ανάμειξη του PRP με διάλυμα χλωριούχου ασβεστίου και ανάμειξη του μίγματος του PRP και του διαλύματος χλωριούχου ασβεστίου με κολλαγόνο τύπου I. Η αποκαλυπτόμενη σύνθεση μπορεί να έχει τύπου-γέλης σχηματισμό που περιέχει PRP και μπορεί να μεταφυτεύεται σε οποιαδήποτε βλάβη που έχει ανάγκη αναγέννησης ιστού σε περιπτώσεις όπως θεραπείας ελαττώματος οστού και επούλωσης πληγής και συνεπώς PRP μπορεί να ενεργοποιείται για να διεγείρει αυξητικό παράγοντα, ο οποίος είναι χρήσιμος για αναγέννηση ιστού από PRP γέλη για να επιτυγχάνεται καταλλήλως και ταχέως αποτελεσματική αναγέννηση ιστού.
