Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μια μέθοδο παρασκευής ψωμιού για τοστ χωρίς κόρα, που περιλαμβάνει τα στάδια: - της πραγματοποίησης ενός τεμαχίου ζύμης ψωμιού για τοστ (5) με ζύμωμα, διαμόρφωση, στη συνέχεια ζύμωση σε ένα καλούπι, - του ψησίματος του τεμαχίου ζύμης μέσα στο καλούπι, αφήνοντας στη συνέχεια το ψημένο ψωμί για τοστ (5) να κρυώσει, - της αφαίρεσης της κόρας του ψωμιού για τοστ (5), τουλάχιστον από τις πλευρικές επιφάνειες του, με ξέση της περιφερειακής επιφάνειας (6) του ψωμιού για τοστ (5) με τη βοήθεια περιστροφικών μέσων κοπής (20), και που χαρακτηρίζεται από το ότι το στάδιο της αφαίρεσης της κόρας πραγματοποιείται με ξέση της περιφερειακής επιφάνειας (6) του ψωμιού για τοστ (5) με τη βοήθεια περιστροφικών μέσων κοπής (20).
