Abstract

Μια διαδικασία για αποστείρωση και παραγωγής ενός προϊόντος πάστας από σάρκα ψαριού με τη χρήση μικροφυσαλίδων, χαρακτηριζόμενη από το ότι αυτή περιλαμβάνει τα στάδια της προσθήκης μικροφυσαλίδων που περιέχουν αέριο όζον παραγόμενες σε νερό σε μια πρώτη ύλη για προϊόν πάστας από σάρκα ψαριού· της επικάλυψης της περιφέρειας των μικροφυσαλίδων που περιέχουν αέριο όζον με ιστούς της πρώτης ύλης για προϊόν πάστας από σάρκα ψαριού για να παραταθεί έτσι η διάρκεια των μικροφυσαλίδων που περιέχουν αέριο όζον' και της διέγερσης των μικροφυσαλίδων που περιέχουν αέριο όζον για να διαρραγεί έτσι το περίβλημα της επικάλυψης που παρέχεται στις μικροφυσαλίδες που περιέχουν αέριο όζον.
