Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση παρέχει μια βιομηχανικώς πλεονεκτική μέθοδο παραγωγής ενώσεων αμινοφαινόλης που παριστάνονται με τον τύπο (1) με μια απλή και εύκολη διαδικασία σε υψηλή απόδοση και υψηλή καθαρότητα. Η παρούσα εφεύρεση παρέχει μια μέθοδο παραγωγής μιας ένωσης αμινοφαινόλης που παριστάνεται με τον τύπο (1): (όπου καθένα από τα R1 και R2, τα οποία μπορεί να είναι τα ίδια ή διαφορετικά, είναι ένα άτομο υδρογόνου, μια υποκατεστημένη ή μη υποκατεστημένη κατώτερη αλκυλο ομάδα ή τα παρόμοια· τα R1 και R2, λαμβανόμενα μαζί με το γειτονικό άτομο αζώτου, μπορεί να σχηματίσουν έναν 5- ή 6-μελή ετεροκυκλικό δακτύλιο με ή χωρίς άλλα παρεμβαλλόμενα ετεροάτομα· ο ετεροκυκλικός δακτύλιος μπορεί να είναι υποκατεστημένος με 1 έως 3 υποκατάστατες επιλεγμένους από την ομάδα που περιλαμβάνει μια υδροξυλο ομάδα, μια υποκατεστημένη ή μη υποκατεστημένη κατώτερη αλκυλο ομάδα, μια υποκατεστημένη ή μη υποκατεστημένη αρυλο ομάδα, μια υποκατεστημένη ή μη υποκατεστημένη αρυλοξυ ομάδα και τα παρόμοια· και η υδροξυλο ομάδα στον τύπο (1) είναι υποκατεστημένη στη θέση 2 ή 4 στην αμινο ομάδα επί του δακτυλίου φαινυλίου), η οποία επιτρέπει σε μια ένωση κυκλοεξανοδιόνης που παριστάνεται με τον τύπο (2) να αντιδράσει με μια ένωση αμίνης που παριστάνεται με τον τύπο (3) (όπου τα R1 και R2 είναι όπως ορίστηκαν παραπάνω), υπό μια ουδέτερη ή βασική συνθήκη.
