Abstract

Μέθοδος για την παραγωγή μιας ένωσης του τύπου (I) ή ενός φαρμακευτικά αποδεκτού άλατος αυτής, ή ενός φαρμακευτικά αποδεκτού εστέρα προφαρμάκου αυτής, η οποία περιλαμβάνει τη διάσπαση μιας λακτάμης του τύπου (I)), όπου τα σύμβολα έχουν τις σημασίες που τους αποδίδονται, με μια βάση, και προδρόμους για το σκοπό αυτό και μεθόδους για την παρασκευή των προδρόμων. Οι ενώσεις του τύπου (I) είναι φαρμακευτικά δραστικές ενώσεις οι οποίες αποτελούν επιλεκτικούς αναστολείς της κυκλοοξυγενάσης (II).
