Abstract
A találmány (I) általános képletű vegyületek - amelyek képletében Rjelentése metil- vagy etilcsoport; R1 jelentése klór- vagy fluoratom;R2 jelentése hidrogén- vagy fluoratom; R3 jelentése hidrogén-, fluor-,klóratom, metil-, etil-, metoxi-, etoxi- vagy hidroxicsoport; R4jelentése hidrogén- vagy fluoratom; és R5 jelentése klór-, fluoratom,trifluor-metil- vagy metilcsoport; azzal a megkötéssel, hogy R1, R2,R4 és R5 mindegyike nem jelenthet fluoratomot, ha R jelentéseetilcsoport, és R3 jelentése hidrogénatom - és gyógyászatilagelfogadható sóik, valamint gyógyászatilag elfogadható prodrog-észtereik előállítási eljárásaira vonatkozik, amelynek során egy (II)általános képletű laktámot - amelynek képletében R, Rl, R2, R3, R4 ésR5 jelentése a fentiekben meghatározott - egy bázissal hasítanak.
