Abstract

Γνωστοποιείται μία μέθοδος για διάγνωση πολλαπλής σκλήρυνσης και ειδικότερα μια μέθοδος για διάγνωση πολλαπλής σκλήρυνσης μέσω μέτρησης των επιπέδων των αντισωμάτων ενάντια σε γλυκάνες σε ένα βιολογικό δείγμα. Σε μία υλοποίηση, τα αντισώματα είναι lgM αντι-μαλτόζης. Σε μια ειδική υλοποίηση, τα επίπεδα των αντισωμάτων ενάντια σε μια ομάδα διαφορετικών γλυκανών μετρώνται μέσω πλινθίων (chips) υδατανθράκων.
