Abstract

"MéTODO PARA DIAGNOSE DE ESCLEROSE MúLTIPLA". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para diagnose de esclerose múltipla e mais particularmente um método para diagnose de esclerose múltipla por avaliação de níveis de anticorpos para glicanos em uma amostra biológica. Preferivelmente, os anticorpos são anti-maltose IgM. Em uma modalidade específica, os níveis de anticorpos para um grupo de diferentes glicanos são medidos por meio de chips de carboidrato.
