Abstract
La invención se relaciona con derivados de N-(piridin-2-il)pirimidin-4-amina disustituida que contienen un grupo sulfoximina y que presentan la fórmula general (I), (ESPACIO PARA LA FÓRMULA) donde R1, R2, R3, R4 y R5 son como se definen en las reivindicaciones, que son útiles como medicamentos para el tratamiento y/o la profilaxis de los trastornos hiperproliferativos, enfermedades infecciosas inducidas por virus y/o de las enfermedades cardiovasculares. Adicionalmente, la invención se refiere a compuestos intermediarios de fórmulas (5) y (6), útiles para preparar los compuestos de fórmula (I) (ESPACIO PARA LAS FÓRMULAS) donde R1, R2, R3, R4 y R5 son como se definen en las reivindicaciones, y a procedimientos para la preparación de dichos compuestos de fórmula (I) o los solvatos, sales y/o solvatos de las sales de los mismos, en donde se hace reaccionar un compuesto de fórmula (5), con trifluoroacetamida y 1,3-dibromo-5,5-dimetilhidantoína en presencia de una sal alcalina de tert-butanol en un éter cíclico como solvente, para dar un compuesto de fórmula (6); o alternativamente se oxida un compuesto de fórmula (6), con una sal alcalina de ácido permangánico a una cetona alifática de fórmula C1-C2-C(O)-C1-C2-alquilo como solvente, seguido por la eliminación de dicho grupo trifluoroacetilo si está presente, para dar un compuesto de fórmula (I), en donde R5 es hidrógeno, (ESPACIO PARA LA FÓRMULA) o alternativamente, se oxida un compuesto de fórmula (6) con un oxidante a base de peroxomonosulfato en un solvente que se elige de un alcohol alifático de fórmula C1-C3-alquil-OH, agua y N,N-dimetilformamida, o una mezcla de los mismos, para dar un compuesto de fórmula (I), en donde R5 es hidrógeno.
