Abstract

La invecnion se refiere a pentafluorosulfanil-benzoilguanidinas de la formula (I) en que R1 a R4 se definen como se cita en las reivindicaciones. Dichas sustancias son adecuados para uso como medicamentos antiarritmicos que comprenden componentes cardioprotectores para la profilaxis y el tratamiento de infartos, ademas de para el tratamiento de la angina de pecho. Tambien inhiben de forma preventiva los procesos patofisiologicos que se producen durante traumas inducidos por isquemia, especialmente en el desencadenamiento de arritmias cardiacas inducidas por isquemia.
