Abstract

Un sistema saborizador de queso estabilizado el cual puede ser usado para preparar muchos tipos diferentes de quesos, teniendo perfil especifico de sabor en el cual el sistema esta estabilizado contra el crecimiento de microorganismos patogenos y la descomposicion, mientras que el desarrollo del sabor puede ser acelerado en uno o mas de sus componentes de sabor.
