Abstract
un procedimiento de preparacion de barquillos de cereal con relleno, en el que se confecciona mediante coccion por extrusion por lo menos una banda de cereal aplanado, se forma mediante prensado en caliente por lo menos una hilera de cavidades en una banda extruida todavia termoplastica, se realizan incisiones transversales en la banda entre las cavidades, se introduce un relleno alimenticio en las cavidades, se corta la banda longitudinalmente mientras se cortan los extremos de las incisiones transversales, y se recogen los barquillos con relleno individuales asi obtenidos.
