Abstract

Se proporciona un proceso mediante el cual se pueden preparar en forma fácil y eficiente derivados del pirimidinilacetonitrilo, a partir de materia prima disponible industrialmente. También se proporcionan compuestos intermedios para la síntesis de los derivados. Un proceso para la preparación de derivados del pirimidinilacetonitrilo que se representan por la fórmula general (3) [en donde X es un átomo de halógeno y R es un grupo alcoximetilo], caracterizado por la reacción de un derivado de 2,4-dihalogeno-6- nitrobenceno que se representa por la fórmula general (1) [en donde X y R son cada una como se definieron anteriormente] con 4,6-dimetoxi-2-cianometilpirimidina que se representa por la fórmula general (2) [en donde Me representa un grupo metilo], en la presencia de una base; y compuestos intermedios para la síntesis de los derivados del pirimidinilacetonitrilo.
