Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a esmaltes de porcelana de contenido V2O5 bajo y libres de V2O5 con resistencia mejorada a lavaplatos, muy buena resistencia a ácidos y buena adherencia en varios substratos. Además, la invención se refiere a frita de esmalte de porcelana de contenido V2O5 bajo y aún libre de V2O5 para la aplicación de recubrimientos de esmalte con rango de color infinito sobre un substrato hecho de aluminio, aluminio fundido, aleación de aluminio, aleación aluminio-magnesio, aleación de aluminio fundido, cobre, acero inoxidable austenítico y acero dulce, que presentan resistencia mejorada a lavaplatos, muy buena resistencia a ácido buen adherencia al substrato.La composición del esmalte de porcelana en cuestión comprende alrededor de entre 30%/peso a alrededor de 50%/peso de SiO2, alrededor de entre 30%/peso a alrededor de 40%/peso de R2O, alrededor de entre 15%/peso a alrededor de 25%/peso de TiO2, alrededor de entre 0%/peso a alrededor de 5%/peso de RO, alrededor de entre 0%/peso a alrededor de 4%/peso de V2O5, alrededor de entre 0%/peso a alrededor de 5%/peso de Fe2O3, alrededor de entre 0%/peso a alrededor de 5%/peso de Sb2O3, alrededor de entre 0%/peso a alrededor de 3%/peso de SnO2, alrededor de entre 0%/peso a alrededor de 2%/peso de B2O3, alrededor de entre 0%/peso a alrededor de 3%/peso de Al2O3, alrededor de entre 0%/peso a alrededor de 4%/peso de P2O5, alrededor de entre 0%/peso a alrededor de 1%/peso de MoO3, alrededor de entre 0%/peso a alrededor de 2%/peso de F2, alrededor de entre 0%/peso a alrededor de 4%/peso de ZrO2, alrededor de entre 0%/peso a alrededor de 4%/peso de ZnO, alrededor de entre 0%/peso a alrededor de 6%/peso de NOx, R2O es una combinación de óxidos alcalinos seleccionados del grupo de: Na2O 10-23 mol%, , K2O 7-20 mol% y Li2O 1-65 mol%, donde RO representa al menos un óxido álcali térreo y en donde la relación molar de (Li2O + B2O3) a TiO3 es entre 0,2 y 0,6.
