Abstract

1.- Un dispositivo de seguridad para aguja (28) para un dispositivo médico, el dispositivo de seguridad para aguja (28) comprende: una porción de base (30) que tiene un agujero que se extiende en una dirección axial por ésta para recibir una aguja (24); y dos mordazas opuestas (34, 36) que se extienden desde la porción de base (30) en general en la dirección axial y cada una tiene una porción de cabeza (38, 40) en la región de su extremo libre, en donde por lo menos una de las porciones de cabeza (38, 40) forma un hombro de bloqueo (50) para asegurar al dispositivo de seguridad para aguja (28) en una caja (10) del dispositivo médico, caracterizado por un elemento elástico (44) que rodea las mordazas (34, 36) en una región entre la porción de base (30) y las porciones de cabeza (38, 40), en donde el elemento elástico (44) y las mordazas (34, 36) están configuradas de modo que las mordazas (34, 36) pueden separarse en contra de una fuerza de restauración del elemento elástico (44) para poder permitir que la aguja (24) sea recibida en el agujero en toda su extensión por el dispositivo de seguridad para aguja (28). 2.- Un dispositivo de seguridad para aguja (28) de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado en que visto en la dirección axial el elemento elástico (44) cubre una parte sustancial de las mordazas (34, 36).
