Abstract
1.- Un compuesto de fórmula (I)donde: A es un anillo alifático de 5 a 7 miembros que contiene opcionalmente un doble enlace y que comprende opcionalmente un átomo de oxígeno como un miembro del anillo y que está opcionalmente sustituido por hasta tres sustituyentes cada uno de ellos seleccionado independientemente entre halógeno, C1-2alquilo y C3-4carbociclilo; R2 es hidrógeno o C1-6 alquilo; R1 y R2 junto con el átomo de nitrógeno al que están enlazados forman un anillo heterocíclico saturado o parcialmente insaturado de 5 a 7 miembros, dicho anillo comparte al menos un átomo con un segundo anillo monocíclico saturado, parcialmente insaturado o insaturado para formar un sistema de anillos bicíclico; dicho sistema de anillos bicíclico comparte al menos un átomo con un tercer anillo saturado, parcialmente insaturado o insaturado para formar un sistema de anillos tricíciclo que comprende hasta 19 átomos en los anillos, y donde el sistema de anillos tricíclico comprende opcionalmente hasta cinco heteroátomos cada uno de ellos seleccionado independientemente entre átomos de O, S o N, y está opcionalmente sustituido por hasta tres sustituyentes cada uno seleccionado independientemente entre fenilo, bencilo, naftilo, C1-6 alquilo, C2-6alquenilo, C2-6alquinilo, ciano, halógeno, COOR3, COR3, NO2, OR3, CONR4R5, NR4R5, C1-2alcansulfonil-, heteroarilo monocíclico que comprende hasta 7 átomos en el anillo y heteroarilo bicíclico que comprende hasta 12 átomos de carbono, y el sistema de anillos tricíclico está opcionalmente sustituido en átomos de carbono adyacentes por un grupo -O-C(R8)2-O-, en el que R8 es un átomo de hidrógeno o halógeno, para formar un grupo 1,3-dioxolo, y donde (i) además, fenilo, naftilo, C1-6 alquilo, C2-6alquenilo, C2-6alquinilo y bencilo están opcionalmente sustituidos por hasta tres sustituyentes cada uno seleccionado independientemente entre halógeno, NR4R5, SO2R3, ...
