Abstract
Tinta de secado oxidativo para impresión por huecograbado, que comprende un polímero que cura oxidativamente, un tensioactivo macromolecular aniónico, un componente de cera, y una sal de vanadio, preferiblemente del ion vanadilo (VO2+), como agente secante inductor de la oxipolimerización. 1.- Tinta para impresión de secado oxidativo para el proceso de impresión por huecograbado con plancha de cobre grabada, que comprende: a. por lo menos un material que cura oxidativamente, preferiblemente una resina alquídica; b. por lo menos un tensioactivo macromolecular aniónico; c. por lo menos un componente de cera; d. pigmento y/o carga hasta una viscosidad total de la composición de tinta de por lo menos 3 Pa.s a 40°C y una velocidad del esfuerzo transversal de 1000 s-1; CARACTERIZADA PORQUE la tinta también comprende una sal de vanadio, preferiblemente del ion vanadilo (VO2+), como agente secante primario inductor de oxipolimerización. 2.- Tinta para impresión de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, CARACTERIZADA PORQUE la tinta comprende adicionalmente por lo menos una sal de un segundo catión secante primario que se selecciona entre el grupo que consiste en los cationes de manganeso, hierro, cobre y cerio, preferiblemente el catión manganeso (II). 3.- Tinta para impresión de acuerdo con una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 2, CARACTERIZADA PORQUE la tinta comprende adicionalmente por lo menos un catión coadyuvante de secado que se selecciona entre el grupo que consiste en cationes calcio, circonio, estroncio, bario, bismuto, cinc y estaño, preferiblemente el catión calcio o circonio. 4.- Tinta para impresión de acuerdo con una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, CARACTERIZADA PORQUE la tinta comprende adicionalmente por lo menos un acelerador de secado. 5.- Compuesto secante para utilizar en una tinta para impresión de secado oxidativo, CARACTERIZADO PORQUE comprende por lo menos un tensioactivo macromolecular aniónico, y una sal de vanadio, preferiblemente del ion vanadilo (VO2+), como agente secante primario inductor de oxipolimerización.
