Abstract
1.- Un proceso para producir un compuesto de la fórmula 6, caracterizado porque comprende las siguientes etapas: (a) preparar un compuesto de la fórmula 4 al desproteger un compuesto de la fórmula 3; (b) preparar un compuesto de la fórmula 9 al hacer reaccionar el compuesto de la fórmula 4 con R1OC(=O)OR3; y (c) hacer reaccionar el compuesto de la fórmula 9 con NH(R4)(R5);en donde, R1 y R3 independientemente representan un grupo alquilo;R2 independientemente representa un grupo alquilo, o junto con el átomo de oxígeno al cual están unidos puede formar dioxolano o dioxano;R4 y R5 independientemente representan hidrógeno, un grupo trialquilsililo, un grupo arilmetilo o un grupo 1-ariletilo, y P representa un grupo protector.2.- El proceso de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la etapa (a) se lleva a cabo en la presencia de una o más bases seleccionadas del grupo que consiste de M1OH, M2(OH)2, (M1)2CO3, (M1)HCO3 y M2CO3, en donde M1 representa un metal alcalino, y M2 representa un metal alcalinotérreo.
