Abstract
Un primer objetivo de la presente invención es un método para trituración en seco de un material el cual contiene un mineral carbonatado, caracterizado porque dicho método comprende los siguientes pasos: a) Triturar en seco dicho material en por lo menos una unidad de trituración: I) En presencia de al menos un polímero polialquilenglicol en donde al menos 90% pero preferiblemente 95%, y más preferiblemente 98% de las unidades de monómeros que forman la columna principal de dicho polímero, están constituidas por óxido de etileno, óxido de propileno, o su mezclas, y donde el peso molecular es por lo menos igual a 400 g/mol, ll) Tal que la cantidad de agua en dicha unidad de trituración es menor que el 10% en peso seco de dicho material en dicha unidad de trituración; b) El material triturador puede entonces ser clasificado de acuerdo al paso a) con por lo menos una unidad de clasificación; c) Los pasos a) y/o b) pueden ser repetidos con todo o parte del material triturado a partir del paso a) y/o del paso b), otro objetivo de la presente invención es un producto proveniente de los pasos a) y/o b) y/o c) del método de la invención. Un tercer objeto de la presente invención es el uso de dicho producto a partir del paso a) y/o b) y/o e) para fabricar sellantes, papel, pintura, plástico o algún otro para fórmulas utilizadas en agricultura. 1.- Procedimiento de trituración en seco de un material que contiene un mineral carbonatado, caracterizado por que dicho procedimiento comprende las etapas de: a) triturar en seco dicho material en al menos una unidad de trituración: (i) en presencia de al menos un polímero polialquilenglicol donde al menos un 90%, preferiblemente un 95% al menos, muy preferiblemente un 98% al menos de las unidades monómeras que forman el esqueleto de dicho polímero estén formadas por óxido de etileno, óxido de propileno, o sus mezclas, y cuyo peso molecular sea como mínimo igual a 400 g/mol, (ii) de tal manera que la cantidad de agua en dicha unidad de trituración sea inferior al 10% en peso seco de dicho material en dicha unidad de trituración; b) eventualmente, clasificar el material triturado en seco según la etapa a) con al menos una unidad de clasificación; c) eventualmente repetir las etapas a) y/o b) en todo o parte del material triturado tras la etapa a) y/o b).
