Abstract

Un endulzante de mesa que contiene N-(N-(3,3-dimetilbutil)-L-a-aspartil)-L-fenilalanina l-metil éster en una cantidad de desde el 0.005% (peso/peso) hasta el 1.2% (peso/peso) de dicho endulzante de mesa.2Un endulzante de mesa sólido, substancialmente de flujo libre, que comprende:(a) N-(N-(3,3-dimetilbutil)-L-a- aspartil)- L-fenilalanina l-metil éster en una cantidad de desde el 0.025% (peso/peso) hasta el 0.5% (peso/peso) de dicho endulzante de mesa;(b) un agente volumérico, seleccionado del grupo que consta de dextrosa, maltodextrina 100 (10 Equivalentes de Dextrosa), maltodextrina 180 (18 Equivalentes de Dextrosa), maltodextrina 40 (5 Equivalentes de Dextrosa), sólidos de miel de maíz (20 Equivalentes de Dextrosa), sólidos de miel de maíz (36 Equivalentes de Dextrosa), sorbitol, eritritol, maltitol, lactitol, isomaltosa, maltosa, tagatosa, lactosa, fructosa, unulina, polioles, polidextrosa, y celulosa y derivados de celulosa, y mezclas de ellas;(c) opcionalmente, un endulzante seleccionado del grupo que consta de aspartame, acesulfame-K, sucralosa, sacarina, sacarosa, alitame, ciclamatos, derivados de stevia, taumatina, neohesperidina dihidroxicalcona, o alcoholes de azúcar de poliol;(d) opcionalmente, un agente de flujo; y(e) opcionalmente, un agente anti-aglomerante.
