Claims (16)

  1. 다음의 구조식과 토오토머, 또한 이들의 생리학적 수용가능한 염으로된 화합물:
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 감미성이 더큰 이성체외 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 감미성이 더큰 이성체의 양이 적어도 50%인 화할물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 감미성이 더큰 이성체가 원하는 감미-농도를 제공할수 있는 충분한 양으로 존재하는 화합물.
  5. 감미효과를 제공하는 양의 제1항의 화합물을 식품, 음료, 과자, 츄잉껌, 약제물, 치료조제물등의 식용제품과 또한 세정, 화장 및 위생제품에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감미화 방법.
  6. 제5항의 방법에 따라 감미성을 부여받은 식용제품.
  7. 감미효과를 제공하는 양의 제1항의 화합물과 또한 이들의 생리학적 수용가능한 담체로된 것을 특징으로 하는 감미성 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 담체가 충전제인 감미성 조성물.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 담체를 폴리맥스트로오스 전분, 말토맥스트린, 셀룰로오스 메릴셀룰로오스 카르복시메틸 셀룰로오스, 말티톨, 히드록시메틸셀룰로오스, 비정질 셀룰로오스, 아르긴산나트륨, 펙틴, 검, 락토오스, 말토오스, 글루코오스, 로이신, 글리세롤, 만니톨, 소르비톨, 중탄산나트륨, 또한 인산, 시트르산, 타르타르산, 푸마르산, 벤조산, 소르브산, 프로피온산과 그들의 나트륨, 칼륨 및 칼슘염과 또한 이들의 혼합물의 그룹중에서 선택하여된 감미성 조성물.
  10. (a)제1항의 화합물과 또한 (b)상이한 감미제로된 감미성 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 또한 담체를 포함하는 감미성 조성물.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상이한 감미제를 자당, 콘시럽, 과당, 아스파탐, 알리탐, 네오헤스페리딘 디히드로칼콘, 진한과당콘시럽, 수소화반응된 이소말투로오스 스테비오시드, L-슈가, 글리시리진, 크실리톨, 아세술팜-K, 사카린(나트롬, 칼륨 혹온 칼슘염), 시클람산(나트륨, 칼륨 흑은 칼슘염), 트리를로로갈락토수르크오스, 모넬린, 타우마틴, 구아니딘 또한 그 혼합물의 그룹중에서 선택하여된 감미성 조성물.
  13. N-2- (6-옥사-시스-히드린다닐) -N'-4-시아노패 닐-S-메틸이소 티오우레아를 5-아미노메틸 데트라졸과 반응시켜서된 1'-N- [N'2-아미노-6-옥시-시스- 히드린다닐(4-시아노페닐닐이미노)메틸]-5-아미노메틸테트라졸 제조방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기의 5-아미노메틸테트라졸을 자당감미도의 약 20,000배의 감미도로된 1'-N- [N'-2-아미노-6-옥시 -시스-히드린다닐 (4-시아노폐닐이미노) 메틸)-5-아미노메틸-테트라졸 이성체를 생성할 수 있는 상기의 N-2-(6-옥시 -시스-히드린다닐) -N′-4-시아노페닐-S-메틸이소티오우레아 이성체와 반응시켜서된 제조방법.
  15. 2-아미노-6-옥사-시스-허드린단.
  16. 제 15항에 있어 서, 1'-N- [N'-2-아미노-6-옥시 -시스-히드린다닐 (4-시아노페닐이미노)메틸]-5-아미노메틸테트라졸의 더큰 감미성의 이성체를 생성할수 있는 2-아미노-6-옥사-시스-히드린 단 이성체인 화함물.
