Claims (6)

  1. 다음식으로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감미료.
    여기에서, R은 모노사이클 또는 바이사이클로서의 헤테로사이클인데 모노사이클은 다음중에서 선택되며,
    여기에서 X는 CI,CN또는 NO2이다. 바이사이클은 다음중에서 선택된다.
    여기에서 G1은 CH또는 N이고, G2는 CH2,CO,NH, NCH3O또는 S이고, G3및 G4는 CH, CCH2N또는 NO이다.
    A는 O,S,NH또는 N-CN인데 NH는 염화수소형태로 염이될수 있다. n은 1또는 2이고 B는 COOH또는 나트륨, 칼륨, 암모늄, 칼슘 또는 마그네슘이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R이 2-시아노피리드-5-일 또는 2-시아노피리미딘-5-일 그룹니고 A는 O또는 NH이고 n은 A가 NH일때는 1이고 A가 O일때는 2인 것을 특징으로 하는 감미료.
  3. 제1항에 따른 한종류 이상의 감미료를 적절한 양만큼 첨가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품, 음료, 과자류, 페이스트리, 츄잉껌, 위생용품, 화장품, 화장실용품, 약품 또는 수의약품에 감미효과를 부여하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 따른 방법에 의해 감미효과를 가지는 생성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 적절한 양의 한종류 이상의 감미료와 폴리덱스트로오스, 녹말, 말토덱스트린, 셀룰로오스, 메틸셀룰로오스, 카르복시메틸세룰로오스, 하디드록시메틸셀룰로오스, 미세결정형셀룰로오스, 알긴산 나트륨, 팩틴, 껌, 락토오스, 말토오스, 글루코오스, 루우신, 글리세롤, 만니톨, 솔비톨, 중탄산나트륨, 인산, 시틀로산, 타르타르산, 푸마르산, 벤조산, 소르빈산, 프로피온산 및 이들의 나트륨, 카륨 및 칼슘염중에서 선택된 캐리어 또는 부형제로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 감미료 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 따른 감미료와 한종류 이상의 그밖의 감미료와 자당, 콘시럼, 과당, 아스파탐, 알리탐, 네오헤스페리딘, 디하이드로찰콘, 수소화된 이소말툴로오스, 스테비오사이드, L-슈가, 글리시리진, 크실리톨, 솔비톨, 만니톨, 아세설팜-K, 사카린 및 이것의 나트륨, 칼륨, 암모늄 또는 칼슘염, 사이클라민산 및 이것의 나트륨, 칼륨, 암모늄 또는 칼슘염, 트리클로로갈락토슈크로오스, 모넬린 및 소마틴 중에서 선택된 감미료로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 감미료 조성물.
