Abstract

Un intercambiador de calor comprende una pluralidad deprimeros tubos de intercambio térmico que se extiende a través del intercambiador, y a través de una pluralidad de cámaras del intercambiador de calor que se extiende lateralmente, teniendo cada cámara al menos una entrada de una primera cámara y al menos una salida a una segunda cámara adyacente axialmente, y teniendo cada cámara una pluralidad de zonas de interconexión transversales, cada una de las cuales está definida al menos por dos de dichos tubos, y al menos una primera zona tiene una entrada a dicha primera cámara y al menos una segunda zona, diferente de dicha primera zona, tiene una salida a dicha segunda cámara. También se incluyó un recipiente para el mezclado o distribución de los flujos de un primer fluido que pasa axialmente desde un emplazamiento situado aguas arriba hasta un emplazamiento situado aguas abajo, que comprende chapas divisorias transversales a través de dicho recipiente al menos en dos filas sucesivas, cuyas filas de chapas divisorias definen una cámara transversal abierta, teniendo las chapas divisorias en filas sucesivas una distribución espacial a través del recipiente. Con preferencia, el aparato tiene el intercambiador de calor con el distribuidor situado aguas abajo del mismo y todo el aparato es un reformador compacto.
