Abstract
Un sistema para fabricar material de óxido puede comprender una etapa de ciclón de precalentamiento para recibir un material de carbonato sólido y que opere a una temperatura menor que la temperatura de calcinación del material de carbonato sólido, una etapa de ciclón de calcinación para calentar el material de carbonato sólido precalentado y que opere a una temperatura de al menos la temperatura de calcinación para convertir el material de carbonato sólido precalentado en un material de óxido sólido y gas de dióxido de carbono, una etapa de ciclón de enfriamiento para enfriar el material de óxido sólido y que opere a una temperatura menor que la temperatura de calcinación para enfriar el material de óxido sólido a la temperatura ambiente, un primer sistema de recirculación para extraer y recircular un primer gas de una salida de la etapa de ciclón de calcinación a una entrada de la zona de la etapa de ciclón de calcinación, y un segundo sistema de recirculación para extraer y recircular un segundo gas de la etapa de ciclón de enfriamiento a la etapa de ciclón de precalentamiento.
