Abstract

RESUMEN La presente invención proporciona un compuesto que tiene una acción inhibidora de MAGL y que se espera sea útil como un agente para la profilaxis o tratamiento de enfermedades neurodegenerativas (p. ej., enfermedad de Alzheimer, enfermedad de Parkinson, enfermedad de Huntington, esclerosis lateral amiotrófica, lesión cerebral traumática, glaucoma, esclerosis múltiple, etc.), trastorno de ansiedad, dolores (p. ej., dolor inflamatorio, dolor canceroso, dolor neurogénico, etc.), epilepsia, depresión y similares.
