Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con una composición de modificación de la dulzura que comprende por lo menos un edulcorante de alta intensidad elegido de glucósidos y/o mogrósidos de esteviol y por lo menos un edulcorante de baja potencia elegido de celobiosa, psicosa, ciclamato y/o 11-O-mogrósido V, y una composición edulcorada que comprende tal composición de modificación de la dulzura y por lo menos otro edulcorante; con los usos de tales composiciones edulcoradas y las composiciones de modificación de la dulzura; con métodos para elaborar tales composiciones edulcoradas y con composiciones de modificación de la dulzura.
