Abstract

用来过滤各种物质和分离颗粒的锥形过滤装置,其中涡旋状缠绕的线材构成涡旋状的狭缝孔,可以明显地增加过滤和分离效率。

Description

本发明涉及一种过滤各种物质和分离颗粒的装置。
传统的这类已知的锥形过滤装置大都采用带有网状类或网格类过滤孔的结构。
用来滴漏咖啡的锥形陶瓷多孔件最近也发展了。
然而,前一种结构,由于是点状过滤孔而使其过滤面小,并导致明显的堵塞现象。问题是要过滤的颗粒越小,这种现象就越严重。
另一方面,后一种结构则采用多孔状结构进行立体过滤,导致不能渗透的异物在多孔结构中积累并造成堵塞,不可避免地降低过滤质量。而多孔结构中的异物需要经常借助清洗装置彻底清除。
本发明的目的是提供一种过滤各种物质和分离颗粒的锥形过滤装置,在该装置上线材呈锥形地绕成涡旋状,在相邻线材的周边边缘处形成涡旋状狭缝,以加大过滤或分离处理面积。所形成的这种线型处理孔,能最大限度地增加过滤或分离效率。
由于锥状结构,能产生一种漏斗效果,用来增大处理液体或气体的面积。另外,由于过滤或分离处理的孔是涡旋状的狭缝孔,就形成所谓的线型处理孔,改善了对流体的过滤。
过滤操作可以畅通地进行,因为任何沉积物如滤渣都可以用简单操作除去,如反洗或刮除。
附图简要说明如下:
图1是本发明锥形过滤分离装置一个实施例的侧视图。
图2是上述装置外周边局部的放大剖视图。
图3是去掉外周边部分上线材的局部分放大前视图。
图4是沿图3中Ⅳ-Ⅳ线的剖面图。
图5是去掉中心部分线材的局部放大平面图。
下面参照附图描述本发明的一个实施例。
表面为锥形框架板1包括一个中心件2一个设置在平框架1外周上的环形件3,和安置在中心件2与环形件3之间的一些支撑架4。将涡旋状和不连续的卡槽5从平面的框架板1的中心向其外周边以一固定间距精确地切割出。线材6涡旋状地沿卡槽5缠绕并卡紧在其中。线材6的两端嵌入加工在环形槽3和中心件2上的凹槽7中,分别用锁紧件8如螺钉固定在装置上。
线材6有等边三角形的横截面,而卡槽5是加工成V形的以同线材6的边缘形状相适应,并使线材能获得涡旋的形式。缠绕的线材6的相邻表面构成同一的锥形曲面,能形成平滑的曲面P。
带有相同间隔的涡旋狭缝孔9位于涡旋缠绕的线材6的相邻周边边缘之间。狭缝孔的精度首先取决于线材6的精度,及卡槽5在锥形框架板1上的加工精度,最后取决于线材6的缠绕操作。
当使用图中实施例那样的带等边三角形截面的线材6时,狭缝孔的宽度精度要小于1微米,而不会是几到几十微米。
线材6和锥形框架板1不仅可以用金属制做而且也可以使用其它适用的材料如塑料或陶瓷。
基于上述结构对装置的工作进程进行描述如下:
由涡旋状线材6在内侧形成的平滑曲面P对着如图1和图2所示的第一侧,并用环形件3固定到管子的外周边上,需要处理的流体(液体或气体)能沿箭头所指方向通过狭缝孔9。
一承比狭缝孔9的宽度大而需进行滤掉和分离的沉积物能从流体中除去,从而过滤出几种物质和分离颗粒而带有颗粒小于狭缝孔9宽度的任何流体都能通过过滤与分离孔,而完成过滤和分离工作。
过滤和分离出的沉积物堆积在线材6锥形面内侧(第二侧面)的平滑曲面P上,但这些沉积物可以借助于回流的反向流动流体或刮除器旋转很容易很准确地被清除,这样就可以按理想的方式完成连续的过滤和分离操作。
虽然已经描述过本发明的一个实施例,但上述锥形框架板1也可以用一个平板,其上加工出一些孔,也可以用网格板和排水板,所有这些件都加工成漏斗状的,而无须支撑架4(未示出),卡槽5根据涡旋状缠绕的线材6的断面形状如圆形,椭圆和梯形做成可以与任何横截面形状的线材6一致的槽。
把要缠绕的线材6固定和连接到锥形框架板1上的方式也可采用其它各种的方法,还可用螺钉钉入,点焊以及用粘合剂粘接每一点,除了如在上述实施例中使用锁定件8将两端固定住,以代替两端部固定。
根据本发明,狭缝孔可以通过涡旋状线材以平的状态构成在锥形框架板上形成,故能显著地增加处理量如所谓线状处理孔和过滤和分离。涡旋缠绕的线材之间的相邻间隙可以涡旋地组成狭缝孔本身,为实现高精度的过滤和分离,可以精确地确定缝孔宽度。
由于装置是由整个内表面的曲面形成的,可以作为高度互换性永久过滤分离装置,以代替使用各种不同的过滤器过滤咖啡。

Claims (3)

1、用来过滤各种物质和分离颗粒的锥形过滤装置,包括从锥形框架板的内侧从中心直到外边缘的涡旋状的,不连续的卡槽,该锥形框架板为的内侧到外周边有带孔的结构,具有所需截面的线材的外周边缘被嵌到并固紧在卡槽内,以在相邻线材边缘之间形成涡旋状的狭缝孔。
2、根据权利要求1所述过滤各种各样物质和分离颗粒的锥形过滤装置,其中上述带孔结构的锥形框架板包括一个中心件,一个环形件和一些支撑框架。
3、根据权利要求1所述的过滤各种物质和分离颗粒的锥形过滤装置,其中上述涡旋状卡槽有V形横截面,并且等边三角形截面的线材顶端嵌在卡槽中。
