Abstract

本发明公开具有改善的耐污性能的以塑料溶胶为基础的地板或墙壁覆料的生产过程,其特征在于,将含有至少一种硅氧烷聚合物,交联剂及可选择的催化剂的塑料溶胶混合物涂布在装饰性基面上作为耐磨层,而且硅氧烷聚合物的交联以及耐磨层的预胶凝及胶凝都是有效进行的。

Description

本发明涉及具有改良耐污性能之地板或墙壁之塑料溶胶覆料的生产过程。本发明还涉及经由该生产过程得到之地板或墙壁的覆料。
塑料溶胶覆料-特别是塑料溶胶地板覆料-在使用中的问题之一是污化-特别是鞋跟造成之污化。一般说来,可以增加覆料的润滑度,以避免由于鞋跟与覆料的摩擦而造成的升温,从而减轻污化。
预期,将塑料溶胶覆料中添加硅氧烷聚合物可以提高润滑度。最好加入与上述塑料溶胶不相溶的硅氧烷聚合物,从而增加其向表面的迁移。但是,用一般洗涤剂和(或)去污粉多次清洗(或刷洗)之后,润滑效能会迅速消失。
本发明力求提供一种具有改良耐污性能-特别是鞋跟造成之污化-耐磨层的地板或墙壁的塑料溶胶覆料的生产过程。
本发明的另一目的为,提供一种具有新型塑料溶胶耐磨层的地板覆料。
本发明的再一个目的为,提供一种具有塑料溶胶耐磨层的地板覆料,该耐磨层即使在重复洗涤和刷洗之后仍有改良的耐污性能-特别是鞋跟造成之污化。
依照本发明的第一个方面,具有改良的耐污性能之塑料溶胶地板或墙壁覆料的生产过程,其特征在于:将包括硅氧烷聚合物、交联剂及可选择的催化剂的塑料溶胶混合物,涂布在装饰性基膜上作为耐磨层;特征还在于:该耐磨层为预胶聚凝和胶凝的。该硅氧烷聚合物最好是与该耐磨层塑料溶胶不相容的。
在耐磨层塑料溶胶发生胶凝的同时,硅氧烷聚合物发生有效的交联。硅氧烷聚合物之向表面迁移,取决于该聚合物的交联;交联最好在塑料溶胶发生胶凝的同时发生,为此目的,应适当选择催化剂与交联剂的搭配,及这些成份的适当比例。
在特别好的一个实施例中,所使用的硅氧烷聚合物包括具有-OH官能团的硅氧烷树脂。交联剂可以是主要包含具有活泼-H基团的硅氧烷液体。交联剂也可包括嵌段化异氰酸酯。当使用嵌段化异氰酸酯时,该混合物系统及-NCO-基团的释放能够在相对较高的温度下(例如130℃)-仍然低于最高工作温度-引发具有-OH基团的硅氧烷聚合物的交联。
这样,硅氧烷聚合物向表面迁移得以提高。使用包括硅氧烷聚合物及嵌段化异氰酸酯的系统,使得配制可长期储存的稳定系统变为可能。
配制从0.1%至10%的具有OH基团并可在耐磨层塑料溶胶中发生交联的硅氧烷聚合物,有利于得到最好的结果。硅氧烷与交联剂之比例在10∶10与10∶0.1之间。催化剂与硅氧烷之比例取决于所用催化剂之类型,例如锡或钡-锌催化剂,又例如PVC稳定剂,其比例可在0.1至0.001之间。
依照本发明的另一个方面,后者也提供一种地板或墙壁覆料,其特征为:该覆料包括由已知生产过程得到之装饰性基膜,上面覆以含交联的硅氧烷聚合物的塑料溶胶耐磨层。
为进一步改良已获得之效用,可在用于形成耐磨层之塑料溶胶混合物中加入微粉状聚乙烯塑性材料。
使交联的硅氧烷聚合物在上述耐磨层的表面的浓度高于在中心的浓度是有益的。
例1
在下列条件下,对硅氧烷的交联进行了研究:

所使用的硅氧烷聚合物是道·柯宁Q    2    32    38(商品名)树脂,该树脂具有-OH官能团。交联剂是道·柯宁1107流体(DOW    COrning    1107    Fluid),该交联剂含有具有-H基团的硅氧烷。
在150℃和190℃的温度下观察到不同程度的交联。

2=中等程度交联
3=完全交联
耐受鞋跟污化的性能与重复清洗(或刷洗)次数及未预期的交联效应之关系示于下表(各种不同组合)。

在对照组(T)中,缺乏耐污性,且与刷洗无关。
在(1)中使用的是一般生产过程中的未交联硅氧烷树脂。虽然无直接污化,但不能避免在很少几次刷洗之后的程度可观的污化。其原因在于,硅氧烷是未交联的,且被包含于一个可成污浊状因而能被水冲刷掉的结构中。
第(2)、(3)、(4)组试验表明,由于对硅氧烷聚合物使用了交联剂,耐污性能能得到明显改善,即使在100次刷洗之后仍然如是。
第(4)组试验得到的结果特别好。其原因在于,所使用的催化系统调节交联过程,使得混合在塑料溶胶之中且与之不相容的硅氧烷聚合物向表面迁移。
例2
例2中所用交联剂是含约8%游离异氰酸酯的脂肪族聚合物和聚异氰酸酯溶液。
使用该种交联剂,产品的可储存性能得到改善,且硅氧烷向表面迁移加强了-只须考虑一下,嵌段化-NCO-基团的释放仅在约130℃量级的温度下开始。
所使用的成份组合如下:

该塑料溶胶混合物可长期储存,不发生硅氧烷系统之交联。

Claims (14)

1、具有改良耐污性能的以塑料溶胶为基础的地板或墙壁的覆料的生产过程,其特征为:将含有至少一种硅氧烷聚合物、交联剂及可选择的催化剂的塑料溶胶混合物涂布在装饰性基膜上作为耐磨层,而且硅氧烷聚合物的交联以及耐磨层的预胶凝及胶凝都是有效进行的。
2、依照权利要求1的一个生产过程,其特征为:使用与耐磨层的塑料溶胶不相容的硅氧聚合物。
3、依照权利要求1和2的一个生产过程,其特征为:适当选择硅氧烷聚合物、交联剂和催化剂,选择它们的比例,使硅氧烷聚合物的交联得以同耐磨层的塑料溶胶的预胶凝或胶凝同时发生。
4、依照前述任一权利要求的一个生产过程,其特征为:耐磨层的预胶凝和胶凝是同时有效的。
5、依照前述任一权利要求的一个生产过程,其特征为:硅氧烷聚合物包括具有-OH基团的硅氧烷树脂。
6、依照前述任一权利要求的一个生产过程,其特征为:交联剂包括以含活泼-H基团的硅氧烷为主的流体。
7、依照权利要求1至权利要求5之中任一个的一个生产过程,其特征为:交联剂包括嵌段化异氰酸酯。
8、依照前述任一权利要求的一个生产过程,其特征为:在耐磨层的塑料溶胶中掺入0.1%至10%的硅氧烷聚合物。
9、依照前述任一权利要求的一个生产过程,其特征为:在耐磨层的塑料溶胶中掺入微粉状性材料。
10、依照前述任一权利要求的一个生产过程,其特征为:催化剂是锡或钡-锌催化剂。
11、一种地板或墙壁覆料,其特征为:该覆料包括由已知生产过程得到之装饰性基膜,上面覆以含有至少一种交联硅氧烷聚合物的以塑料溶胶为基础的耐磨层。
12、依照权利要求11的一种地板或墙壁覆料,其特征为:交联硅氧烷聚合物在耐磨层表面的浓度高于在中心的浓度。
13、依照权利要求11或权利要求12的一种地板或墙壁覆料,其特征为:硅氧烷聚合物包括具有-OH官能团的硅氧烷树脂。
14、依照权利要求11至权利要求13之中的任一个的一种地板或墙壁覆料,其特征为:以塑料溶胶为基础的耐磨层中还含有微粉状的塑料材料,例如微粉状聚乙烯或聚四氟乙烯。
