Abstract
天然滋补膏的制造工艺是用大豆蛋白质、大豆磷脂、蜂蜜、山楂或者沙棘等天然营养品加工配制而成。用本工艺加工的天然滋补膏营养丰富,经常服用可滋补身体,软化心、脑血管、缓解糖尿病。改善老年人动作迟呆症状,增强记忆力,促进儿童发育,工艺简单,食用方便,可单独服用也可涂抹在面包、饼干、馒头等食品上食用,酸甜适口,味道鲜美,长期保存(一年以内)不腐烂、不变质,是一种理想的天然补品。
Description
本发明是一种以大豆蛋白质、大豆磷脂和蜂蜜为主要成分的天然滋补品的制造工艺,这种滋补膏营养丰富,经常服用能滋补身体,软化心脑血管,缓解糖尿病,改善老年人动作迟呆症状,增强记忆力,促进儿童发育,是一种理想的保键滋补品。
因此,国内外都非常重视研制以大豆蛋白质、大豆磷脂、蜂蜜为主要成分的食品或药品。
日本公开特许昭59-78645介绍一种《蜂蜜、黄豆面、人造奶酪》,其主要原料有:蜂蜜、黄豆面、植物油脂、脱脂乳粉、食盐、大豆磷脂,加上一些添加剂香料、色素、维生素等。
我国黑龙江省宁安县粮油食品公司制成一种名为《磷脂山楂酱》其主要原料:大豆浓缩磷脂30%、山楂15%、单糖20%、蜂蜜5%、饴糖30%。
本发明提供一种以大豆蛋白质、大豆浓缩磷脂、山楂、蜂蜜为主要成分的天然滋补膏的制造工艺。
天然滋补膏的制造工艺是:
a、将配制天然滋补膏的各种原料及其重量%称好蜂蜜8-10%,山楂或沙棘5-15%,白糖18-22%,脱脂大豆粉或大豆粉4-20%,大豆浓缩磷脂30-45%,3-5%的醋酸或食醋16-32%,防腐剂(山梨酸)0.1%,适量的维生素A、D、C、E,水5-15%。
b、山楂或者沙棘(无虫眼、无霉烂鲜果)→去籽→加水粉碎,待用。
c、脱脂大豆粉或大豆粉→用3-5%的醋酸或者食用醋浸泡→加热60-100℃;时间20-40分钟,待用。
d、将蜂蜜和经过上述b项、c项处理后的山楂酱汁和脱脂大豆粉或大豆粉及白糖混合在一起→搅拌均匀→加热至70-100℃→令其冷却。
e、在经上述d项处理的混合物中加入大豆磷脂和防腐剂山梨酸及适量的维生素A、D、E、C→再次搅拌→加热至60-95℃→冷却→即成成品的天然滋补膏。成品呈金黄色胶状物。
下面就大豆蛋白质、大豆磷脂、蜂蜜和山楂的营养成分和医疗上作用加以说明。
大豆蛋白质含有人体所需要的各种氨基酸,每日服用60克大豆蛋白质对Ⅱ型高脂血症有效率达99%以上,而且没有毒副作用,被第四次、第六次国际动脉粥样硬化会议推荐为防治Ⅱ型高脂血症的理想食品和药品。
大豆磷脂的基本成分是卵磷脂、脑磷脂和肌醇磷脂,含有丰富的亚油酸和亚麻酸,据现代医学研究证明,磷脂是生命细胞的一个重要组成部分,也是构成所有活细胞、神经组织、脑脊髓的主要成份,对儿童发育智力发展有促进作用,对老年人的动脉硬化有明显疗效,对糖尿病有缓解作用。1974年联合国世界卫生组织和世界粮农组织第17次报告中提出每日人们进食的磷脂不应加以限制。
蜂蜜中果糖、葡萄糖含量占70%,尚有少量蔗糖、麦芽糖、糊精、有机酸、维生素A、C、D、B、尼克酸等、医疗上有止咳,治疗高血压、胃及十二指肠溃疡、贫血等疾病,它还是一种良好的滋补剂,可防治皮肤皱裂。
山楂的营养价值和医疗价值都很高,每100克山楂含维生素C89毫克,是柑桔的2-3倍,比苹果高17倍,每100克山楂含胡罗卜0.82毫克是苹果的10倍,含钙量也很高,每100克果肉含钙85毫克居群果之首。在医疗上山楂有扩张血管、降低血压和胆固醇作用。
Claims (5)
- 本发明涉及一种滋补食品或药品的制造工艺,其特征在于所述的天然滋补膏是用下列工序流程加工:1、将配制天然滋补膏的各种原料及重量%称好。蜂蜜8-10%,山楂或沙棘5-15%,脱脂大豆粉或大豆粉4-20%,白糖18-22%,大豆浓缩磷脂30-45%,3-5%的醋酸或食用醋16-32%,防腐剂(山梨酸)0.1%,水5-15%。
- 2、山楂或者沙棘(无虫眼、无霉烂鲜果)→去籽→加水粉碎,待用。
- 3、脱脂大豆粉或者大豆粉→用3-5%醋酸或者食用醋泡浸→加热至60-100℃,时间20-40分钟,待用。
- 4、将蜂蜜和经过上述b项、c项处理后的山楂酱汁,和脱脂大豆粉或者大豆粉及白糖混合在一起→搅拌均匀→加热至70-100℃→令其冷却。
- 5、在经过d项处理待用的混合物中加入大豆磷脂、防腐剂(山梨酸)及适量的维生素A、D、E、C→搅拌均匀→加热至75-95℃→令其冷却→即成成是。该成品呈金黄色胶状物。
