Abstract

一种整体模制的塑料盖,用螺纹拧在外部结构特殊的容器上,形成一种组合,把盖拧松时有一标志圈和盖的裙部下端分离。标志圈通过易断的连接部分和盖连接,在标志圈内有一挠性挡圈,当盖盖在容器末端上时向里向上方伸展。容器末端有一径向上的第一唇边和唇边下面的向内倾斜的侧壁表面,这表面有一条突变的向里伸展的凸台。在加盖时挠性挡圈靠在倾斜表面上。除盖后挡圈和标志圈落到凸台的下方表明盖曾被除去。

Description

本发明针对一种整体横制的塑料,或类似的用螺纹拧在容器的末端或颈部上的盖,这种盖有一个损坏标志圈,用一组易断的连接部连接在盖的裙部的下端。在损坏标志圈的内侧模制一个向内上方回折的挠性挡圈,和容器末端上的径向凸缘配合,使易断连接部不断裂不能把容器盖取下。
损坏标志盖并不新颖,而且可以在最近(1983年7月26日)颁发给基恩.格鲁森(Jean    Grussen)的美国第4,349,918号专利中找到一个例子。在这专利里有一个带螺纹的盖,上面有一个保持圈用一组易断的条片和盖的裙部下端连接,保持圈的一个内径至少等于盖裙的外径。有若干锁定块附在保持圈上,向内上方倾斜,用于钩在容器颈部上的一个领圈或匹配圈的后面,防止在拧松容器盖时把保持圈抬起。离开容器颈。在盖裙和保持圈之间,设置一个不易断裂的突缘,在把盖拧下时起铰链的作用。
其它的用螺纹拧在容器上的损坏标志盖,构造相当简单,但是一般都需要在容器上有特别设计的配合装置。
另外有些损坏标志结构也已使用,其易断圈做在盖裙的下端上,必须把它确实毁坏才能把盖拧下。这些盖还可能需要在容器肩部或颈部上形成特殊的斜坡或凸台。这些结构中的问题是:一旦把易断圈取下抛去,便不能立刻看出盖曾被拧开。
把盖和容器连接的热缩圈或热胀圈结构,也有许多缺点。此外热收缩要求在密封过程中增加一道额外的工序,比普通加盖机需要有另外的特殊设备。
本发明的一个目的是提出一种塑料螺旋型盖,上面有一个损坏标志环或圈,附加在盖裙的下端上,用易断连接部分在其间连接。除盖时使标志圈和盖断开,该圈便落到容器颈的下部,且防止它回到原来盖盖的位置上。
本发明的另一个目的,是提出一种容器,在它的末端的螺纹下面,形成一个向内向下方倾斜的壁,达到一个水平方向上的突变的凸台,因此当除盖时把标志圈截断后,标志圈便落在凸台的下方,不能恢复原状。盖中的裙部上形成内螺纹,裙部下端有一个圈或环,其外径约和盖相同,通过易断的连接部分和裙部连接。在标志圈的里面有向内伸的挠性挡圈,与标志圈一体形成。容器的一个特殊末端上有一对径向的凸台,在容器颈部螺纹下面向外突出。这对凸台在垂直方向上有间隔,中间由向里倾斜的壁部连接,形成一个盖盖后支撑挡圈的表面。挡圈能防止不把标志圈和盖裙断开,就除掉容器盖。
至于其他的目的和优点,从下文结合附图的叙述中,便可明确了解。
图1是本发明的盖和容器末端组合的透视图;
图2是本发明的盖的倒置透视图,表明对盖的热后成型工序;
图3是图1中的盖和容器末端合的放大侧视图,盖有部分剖视,并拧在容器的末端上;
图4是与图3相似的视图,盖被部分松开;
图5是放在容器末端上的盖的下边缘局部剖视图;
图6是与图5相似的局部剖视,表示在把盖完全盖在容器末端上时其下边缘的位置;
图7是在除去盖后的标志圈和容器末端的局部剖视图。
参看附图图1,带有一个末端或颈部11的容器10。在末端11上示出一个用标号12大致表示的盖。盖12用热塑材料模塑成一个整    ,括有一个一般为圆盘形的顶13,和下垂的圆柱形裙部14。裙部14的下面,如图1所示,设有一个标志圈15。标志圈一般为圆柱形,和盖12的裙部14有基本相同的外径。圈15用若干易断的连接部16和圆柱形裙部的下端相连。在图2-4的具体实施方案中,有八个易断连接部16。另外,还设有四个互相间隔开的小挡块17,和标志圈15整体形成,主要用于盖的横制时,使模制完成的盖从铸模上取下时,不会压迫易断连接部16,而把盖连同附在上面是标志圈15一同取下。挡块17不和裙盖的下端连接。从图3及4中可以最清楚看到,盖12的圆柱形裙部14中有内螺纹18。螺螺纹18和容器10的末端或颈部11上的外螺纹配合。
在标志圈15的内部,有一个整体形成的环形挡圈20,当盖在初步成形时其形状如图2所示。挡圈在如图2所示的反向翻转时,它便相对于标志圈向内上方伸展,和标志圈的夹角约30度。从图3和4可最清楚看到:挡圈20和标志圈15整体形成,其自由端21略厚于挡圈和标志圈15的连接部分。在盖12铸成如图22所示的形状以后,立刻把它绕它的平行于圆柱形裙端的中间轴线旋转,同时有一个圆锥形旋转轮22,和挡圈20接触。圆中所示的轮22安装在轴23上,可以理解轴23由一个适当的驱动装置驱动。并且,如图2所示,盖12是放在一个旋转垫24上,旋转垫安装在一根轴25的顶端。盖在垫24上旋转,轮22接触挡圈20旋转,盖处于倒置位置,挡圈被压向下,向内侧弯折,如图2所示,挡圈被从铸成时的状态弯折约120°。挡圈的翻卷是在盖铸成后很快(几秒钟内)进行的,因为翻卷步骤完成前,还没有超过塑料的固化时间,所以挡圈便能保持它的翻卷状态。
从图3可以最清楚看到,容器10的末端11上有一条在径向上向外的弧形唇边26,向外突出略大于螺纹19的外径。唇边26有一条下凸台,可以称之为断裂凸台。图3所示最为清楚,当把盖12在容器末端11上向下拧时,挡圈20的自由端21位于上唇边26的下方,并且和断裂凸台接触,或者距离断裂凸台27的下方很近。在容器的末端11上还形成第二道径向上的凸台28,位于唇边26和凸台27的下方,也是向里延伸,但其最大外径的表面,通过一个环形的向内下方倾斜的表面29和上凸台27连接。参看图3可以立即看到,挡圈20的自由端21,在唇边26的断裂凸台27的下面。如图4所示,当转动或从螺纹上拧松盖12时,由于挡圈20不能移动到唇边26的上方,所以连接部16断裂。这样,在连接部16断裂后,标志圈15连同挡圈便向下落,落到在瓶10的末端11上形成的一条唇边或凸台30上。
现特别参照图5-7,对各个凸台的功能作如下的说明。如图5所示为正在将盖和它的裙部14,以及标志圈15向容器末端11上拧。盖用挠性塑料制造,因此它的挡圈20可以向下从容器末端11的外表面上形成的唇边26上通过。一旦挡圈通过唇边26,它的位置便大致如图6所示,即挡圈20的上自由端21位于唇边26的断裂凸台27的下方。并且,挡圈的自由端21便和容器末端的倾斜表面29接触,并被保持在紧靠连接部16的位置。当把有螺纹的盖从容器末端上取下时,挡圈20便因为它的端部21和唇边26的凸台27接触,阻止它通过唇边26向后退。连接部16是易断的,当把盖从容器末端上拧下时,连接部没有足够的强度抵抗被破坏断裂。
当把带螺纹的盖从容器末端上拧下时,八个连接部分中的一部分先被破坏,当盖继续向上运动时,标志圈15和它的挡圈20便被斜面29的斜坡向下作某种程度的挤压,直到全部连接都断裂,这时标志圈15和挡圈21将落到图4和7所示的位置上。当标志圈15完全从盖裙14上断开后,实际上就没有可能恢复到它原来的图6所示的初始加盖的位置上去,因为挡圈20的上自由端21,将如图7中的虚线位置所示,接触凸台28。于是,如从图中可见,一旦把盖从容器的末端或颈上除去,甚至在重新盖上时,标志圈15便和盖离开,表明盖被损坏过或除去过。任何手工操作都已不能把标志圈恢复到原来的位置上。
由于标志圈15和挡圈20用挠性连接,两个组件之间的挠性使挡圈20的端部21向里移动,取得一般如图4和7里所示的位置。由于下凸台28比容器的唇边30高很多,并且由于盖在被损坏后一般停留在唇边30上,便造成了一个相当大的间隙,盖曾被损坏便明确而肯定地显示出来。
虽然举例中的特定容器是塑料容器,但显然本发明的原理也同样适用于玻璃的甚至金属的容器,这些容器上面有所要求的在轴向上有间隔的唇边和凸台的结构形状,允许加盖,但不把用易断连接部和盖裙底端连接的标志圈破坏,就不可能除去盖。
上面的叙述只是为了举例,并没有意图限定后附的权利要求书中本发明的范围。

Claims (10)

1、一种盖闭容器末端的敞口的螺旋盖,包括一个一般为圆盘形的顶,带有与顶整体形成的圆柱形的裙部,其特征是一个一般为圆柱形的挠性标志环或圈,通过若干在圆周上有间隔地形成的易断连接部,和上述裙部的环形下端连接,有一个挡圈和标志圈整体形成,连接在标志圈的里面,上述挡圈的位置相对于上述标志圈向内上方伸展,用于接触容器的一个组合部分,防止在盖和容器组合后,从容器的这个组合部份上通过。
2、如权利要求1中螺旋盖,其特征为上述挡圈相对于上述标志圈向内上方伸展,并有足够的高度使它的上边缘处在盖裙和标志圈的后面。
3、如权利要求2中的螺旋盖,其特征为上述挡圈的上边缘有足够的厚度,当盖在容器上处在原状的封闭状态时,上述厚度足以填满容器和容器盖之间的任何间隙。
4、如权利要求1中的螺旋盖,其特征为盖裙和标志圈由八个互相有等距离间隔的易断连接部份连接。
5、权利要求1,2,3或4中的螺旋盖和一个有敞口颈部的容器的组合;其特征为组合部分的容器包括有,末端上的一条环形唇边,上述唇边的布置是当把盖放在容器敞口颈上时,挡圈的自由边缘接触上述唇边的下侧。
6、如权利要求5中的组合,其特征为上述盖在上述盖体的圆盘顶和挠性标志圈之间有带螺纹的环形部份,使盖可以用螺纹拧在容器的末端上。
7、如权利要求5中的组合,其特征为上述容器末端有两条在径向上伸展的唇边或凸台,两条唇边在轴向上互相间隔,并且上唇边就是上述容器的上述组合部份,上述上唇边的基部和下唇边的顶部之间,由一条向内下方倾斜的表面连接。
8、如权利要求7中的组合,其特征为上述挡圈绕上述倾斜表面,并和这表面接触,因此当盖相对容器的颈部移动一定的量时,把上述连接部份拉断,上述挡圈便被向下推压,并靠自重落到容器上的一个较低的面积上。
9、如权利要求8中的组合,其特征为上述下唇边的外径,相对大于上述挡圈及与之整体形成的标志圈的内径,以防止把上述标志圈恢复到连接部分断裂前它的原组装时的状态。
10、一种可安放螺旋盖的容器,其特征是螺旋盖在下边缘上有可以断开的标志圈,通过标志圈和盖脱离,并落到比除盖原来位置低很多的置上,表明盖已被除去过,该容器有在径向上伸展的第一唇边或凸台,其外径大于上述标志圈内的一个挡圈的内径,上述唇边有一个逐渐向外增大的倾斜上表面,和一条突然向内伸的下凸台,有第二条唇边或凸位于上述第一唇边的下方,离开的距离基本和上述标志圈的高度相等,上述第二唇边通过一个大致倾斜的表面,和上述第一唇边的凸台基部连接,这倾斜表面的直径随着从下凸台的高度逐渐增大,并有一个突然向里的底部表面,上述第一凸台允许加盖时标志圈从上面通过,但除盖时则不拉断就通不过,上述倾斜表面迫使断开的标志圈落到上述第二唇边的底部的下方,防止标志圈回到它的初始组装时的位置上去。
