Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un cierre indicador de manipulación indebida, que consiste de una tapa roscada para cerrar la porción terminal superior abierta de un envase o recipiente, caracterizado porque consiste de una parte superior que tiene la forma general de disco con un faldón dependiente cilíndrico e integral, una banda indicadora, generalmente cilíndrica y flexible unida a la parte interior anular del faldón por medio de una pluralidad de conexiones frágiles, circunferencialmente separadas, un anillo de tope anular formado integralmente con la banda indicadora y unido al interior de ésta; el anillo de tope está colocado hacia adentro y hacia arriba con respecto al interior de la banda indicadora, una porción de anillo curva e integral que se extiende hacia abajo y además se extiende radialmente hacia adentro y axialmente hacia abajo a partir de la porción interior de la banda hasta el anillo de tope; la orilla superior del anillo de tope es más gruesa que el extremo inferior que está conectado con la porción de articulación curva, dicha porción de articulación está construída y dispuesta de tal forma que el extremo inferior del anillo de tope queda separado de la superficie interior de la banda y la orilla superior del anillo de tope es capaz de flexionarse para hacer contacto con la superficie interior de la banda al aplicarse el cierre al recipiente; y en que el anillo de tope está adaptado para acoplarse por abajo con un elemento del recipiente e impedir que el anillo sobrepase al elemento del recipiente después del montaje del cierre con un recipiente.
